Good game. Holtby wasn't at his best although his D wasn't either. Better rebound control. The first goal he was out of position. Not sure if he expected a pass or was screened. Refs/linesmen got in the way of both teams way to much tonight. These should be the cream of the crop officials lets show it. Should have called the cross check before the goal. High scoring game tonight. I don't think we will continue to see that with these two goalies. _____________________________________ Because in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent working in the office or mowing your lawn. Pretty good first game with all the lead changes. The ice condition will be an issue. Lots of rolling pucks. The refs missed several calls, got in the way of dump-ins, and served as interference checks in a few instances in game 1. They need to improve. “I won't be wronged. I won't be insulted. It's easy to score goals when you cross-check the shit outta the guy defending you almost into the net to get him outta your way. The officiating needs to get their collective heads outta their anal sphincter holes... Yeah...Wilson is a choad, but you love it when he's on your team. Plus he backs it up with offensive play.
