I'm wondering if the left created a few groups of radicals, one being trans and one being criminals that had stopped being prosecuted. The trans were not only cheered on, but their wishes were paid for. These two groups, and possibly others (maybe illegal emigrant gang members) have tasted and loved freedoms given by democrats and the opponents to those freedoms have been clearly identified. People are goofy about "rights" and once they have been given and exercised them, they might fight those who would try to return to a previous saner and fairer society. Possibly when the new sheriff comes to town, law and order will be more difficult to establish/reestablish after this period of enablement than if just slowly enforcement would have dropped off instead of the louder statement of changing laws and courts dropping or reducing sentences. Chicago gang members who have threatened National Guard or ICE agents might be an indicator of this. Young men have been shown that one party supports their very rowdy shit, and the other will stop it.

Yup, how the hell can civilized people have unity with murderers, friends of murderers and those who cheer on those murderers. Nope, you cannot in a million years. Q

Your timeline is wrong. According to video recordings, and the Probable Cause Statement, his limping took place prior to the shooting on his way to the rooftop. Walking on campus while thousands of other people were also walking on their way to the Kirk event. After the shot, he was on video running at full gait carrying a black object, the crowd sitting or standing facing the stage, not the rooftop. There was no other people in the video of him jumping off the roof while carrying the black object. Over the past few days, I’ve read a lot about various people getting fired for celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death. The “cancel culture” thing has done a bit of a 180 lately. It’s easy to read those things and think, “well, that’s a shame,” and go on about my business, in part because of the simple reality that it’s not nice to celebrate a killing like Charlie's. It hits a little differently when it’s someone you know, though. This afternoon I got word (okay, rumor) that a former coworker is facing termination from her job for the same sort of despicable action. I’m never quick to want to see someone pushed out of a job. Even terrible workers have mouths to feed and bills to pay. In this case, I know she’s got a toddler at home. I figure the household needs both its incomes. This person is someone I used to get along with well, despite her harshness and very liberal opinions. After a few years, though, her harshness turned to vileness. At one time, I described her as militant-liberal. She had nothing nice to say for men, particularly white men, nor anyone with conservative values. We had some really ugly interactions, and I finally realized it was best to make conscious effort just to stay away from her. I was not the only one to start avoiding her. Time has passed, jobs have changed, and bygones are… well… never forgotten. If the rumor is true, it’ll be impossible to say anything other than “she earned it.” After being so harsh to so many people for so long, the worm has turned. We’re privileged to be Americans and to enjoy the opportunity to say what comes to mind. I appreciate that every day. With that, however, comes the responsibility to keep personal opinions out of the professional space. This, she’s not good at. And it seems that inability has now turned on her. "Blurt out your opinions all you want to within your own walls, but stow that vile spew when you’re at work!" (I believe someone here has a signature line mentioning never missing an opportunity to shut the heck up.) Trying daily to be a better person, I have to recognize that I’ve said and done plenty of stupid things in my past, and to be humble in asking forgiveness for some of those things. With that in mind, I feel it’s not right for me to take joy in this cranky woman’s turn of events. I can’t deny, however, that there’s a little bit of Nelson (link) banging around in my brain. “I’m a grown-ass woman, I do what I want!” Well, chica, it sounds like the next thing you’re going to do is look for a new job…. Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around. — — — — — — — — — — — — God bless America.

As for concealing a long gun down your pants, there was an old video showing a guy with a hoodie and loose jeans concealing a bunch of pistols, a shotgun down one leg and a bolt action rifle down the other. Both stocks of the long guns were hidden under the hoodie. If I recall correctly there was another video put out by Bianchi holsters showing the same thing. Here is a similar one put out for schools years ago: Here is an up to date video showing how easy it was: Could The Assassin Conceal Rifle In Pants?

Saying and doing stupid things is nowhere near the same as cheering on murderers and saying the victims deserved it. That’s not stupid. It’s evil. Furthermore, do you think these vile monsters have any remorse and will ask for forgiveness? Q

That's not what I was saying. To clarify, in the wake of the Trump assassination attempt at Butler how could security at any similar event NOT have rooftops under control during such events.

Is it fair to compare the two? The POTUS is expected to have the best security detail in the world. Kirk was not even a politician. He was a political activist & self-made media personality who was perhaps one step removed from social media influencer. His protection detail wasn't paid for by our tax dollars. The campus has its own police force, but it's not designed to scout rooftops for potential assassins, and it had other things to do as well as manage an on-campus public speaking event.

Yup, it’s easy to MMQB, but before all this, who would in a million years have thought that Kirk was going to be assassinated the way JFK was, by a sniper’s bullet from afar? Q

We're the ones fighting the "ideological war". Them? Well, just ask President Trump, while you're doing it, look at the tip of his right ear, ask President Trump again about a little incident on a golf course. Ask a few kids in schools in Evergreen Colorado, Annunciation Catholic School in Minn., Covenant School in Nashville... Then ask Mr Kirk. Let me know when we're taking the gloves off. ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. Charlie Kirk's assassination by an evil man, orchestrated by an evil ideology, propagated by an evil media, espoused by an evil political party, and full circle...fed to our children by an evil "education" system...it's not an ideological war, it's a war of right vs evil. In the summer season we all have enjoyed since WW2, we have forgotten that evil actually exists, and what outcome evil wants. We forgot that evil never rests, evil never changes, and evil is an extremely cruel master. We've become too "smart" for our own good. We, conservatives, think by cooperating with evil, we can change it, work with it and make concessions. We have become very naive. It's been a long time since we have looked evil in its face, but here we are. Americans do know evil better than most countries, we've fought ourselves to get to that truth. Enough is enough. _____________________________ Off finding Galt's Gulch

I'm trying not to. Yes WE'RE fighting the ideological war. The Conservatives. Them? Not so much. We're not celebrating the assassination of someone, we're not the ones shooting at people that we don't like because of an ideology / belief / point of view. Them? Not so much. We're not the ones doing the shooting. Aiming at a person running for an important office, a person debating with people on a college campus, or a bunch of kids in a school. Them? Not so much. How many "October 7th's" are we going to endure before we realize " Are we going to actually wait until we hit 1200 people dead / 250 hostages? Does it have to be one big incident, or a bunch of small incidents that total 1200? ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. The Left is constantly accusing Kirk of “Hate speech” as an excuse for the attack. I used several search engines to determine whether there are actually examples of his using such-he has not!! My findings: “In summary, Kirk’s rhetoric has been widely labeled as inflammatory and hostile—particularly toward LGBTQ+ and abortion rights communities—but there is no substantiated record of him making statements that legally constitute physical threats or criminal incitement to violence.” The difference between having and expressing a moral antipathy towards certain types of behavior, including abortion, same sex marriage, surgical/drug induced sex changes in children is vastly at odds with advocating violence against those who think otherwise. The Left, in its usual behavior, fabricates lies, falsifies Kirk’s statements, using that to justify murder. We must continue to tell, the truth, exposing their lies and fabrications. Never give up!
