As do I. When I wear it I do so in tribute to the man. Not for any other reason

I love the Punisher and the logo. I’ve refrained from logo clothing because it has been adopted by idiots to a large degree.

I used to have a Punisher t-shirt. The artwork wasn't the skull, though. It was actually the Jim Lee cover art of the first Armory issue.

A lot of emotions and stress for a logo from a comic book, to me it’s a comic book logo. So does wearing a Superman or Supergirl “S” imply anything?

ZERO.

Now if you want to say you hate the logo, knock yourself out. My kid loves the punisher logo, so what? He’s a kid who loves the comics and the Netflix show should I start calling him a poser?

You guys need to relax. Disclaimer, I don’t have the Punisher logo but the Netflix show isn’t bad.

I have a Deadpool T shirt. Can’t wait till a cool guy outfit adopts it. That way when the hate flows on it, I can laugh.

Oh, so that's what those skull/teeth things are. I didn't realize that I was supposed to choose up a side in this fight. I'm gonna go with 'this is stupid'. That's my choice. Yep.

What an interesting thread. I had no idea the punisher logo was from a comic. I wasn’t sure if it was a military logo. I’ve almost bought a shirt with the logo from Grunt Style because they are cool looking. I’ve never been in the military. I just thought the shirts look cool and I support Grunt Style to support a veteran owned business. Glad I stuck with the other shirts. I had no idea people could be so upset about a logo. Tough crowd.

Again it’s a comic book symbol, does Batman wings or SHAZAM lightning bolt require something? End of the day I don’t know want to look at it as anything more than a comic book logo. I ow!

I imagine part of it is a Chris Kyle American Sniper Homage since that was a prominent image in that film. Before that there was the punisher comic book series and action movies that came out in the 2000s.

The variation that I like, is the "Jake" logo that the Corvette Racing Team from Pratt and Miller uses as their mascot.

I think a lot of you guys spend a lot of time worrying about what the SEALs do so that you can worry about anyone who does something remotely close.

I respect the Navy SEALs as much as the next guy but I don't spend my time searching google images for them like some people seem to. I had no clue they used the punisher logo. I don't personally own anything with that logo on it but my son does because he thinks the comics are cool. I'm going to go wake him up, punch him in the face and call him a fucking poser for you guys though. Oh, I am also going to shave off my beard because I guess that makes me a poser too.

How do you "earn" a Punisher patch? Watching the movies or reading the comics? The tale was popular far before the military units adopted it.
