If I'm doing the math right, gas/diesel here in Rome is around 10.20-10.50/ gal

1.85 euro / liter

Fiat 500 & Smart Fortwo seem to be the leading ICE cars I've noticed, with a lot of Fiat Pandas and Lancia Ypsilon being the next common.
Makes some sense whely there's so many EVs around here.

The replacement cost lie is on display. Still at $3.40 a gallon.

Earlier in this thread I said it would take six months or a year of the oil companies manipulating before things halfway got back to normal. We are on that track as predicted. Remember, you’re just too angry to understand that the oil companies and their shills are really good guys and truly the victims in all of this. Shut up and pay the “temporary pain” At the pump. That everyone knows won’t be temporary when left to the oil companies.

$4.29 premium at Costco Mount Pleasant SC.

I think price is high based on continued risk. If the natural gas tanker had been destroyed the strait would be closed.

I think the time and cost to create the alternative transportation infrastructure will keep prices high.

The oilcos are not altruistic.

Paid $3.25 Sunday of the holiday weekend.

I had not been driving much the last few weeks due to business travel, but last fill-up at that station was $3.49.

Haven't needed to fill up yet, since our trip, probably this weekend.
