Very hard to pick a "best." I'm leaning towards Amy Lee. A couple of pop-world contenders maybe not yet mentioned would be Sarah McLaughlin and Cyndi Lauper. Cyndi isn't necessarily an obvious choice, but she's got a hell of a voice. | |||
