| They had to take up tiles on the roof to lower him down, not thatch as depicted in the scene. |

| The Bible says nothing of the paralyzed man speaking to Jesus, but it could be reasonably implied that they did speak. However, a Jew would not believe that God would punish him for the sins of his parents. |

| The crippled man was not seeking forgiveness, but only to be healed. |

| Clue #7: It's going to be either Jesus or the paralytic, and nothing else. That's pretty darn narrowed down.

| In Mark is seems Jesus told the man his sins were forgiven as soon as he saw the man. |

| It sure looks like the paralytic's cot is on something when Jesus starts untying him. Then it's on the ground in the next cut.
It also looks like Jesus may be on a different side of the man in different cuts. |

| In the scene the paralytic did not immediately get up and praise God. Jesus had to help him up slowly. Nor did he pick up his mat/item he was laying on. |

| Ok. My last guess on this hint. The hole in the shoulder of the paralytic's clothes disappeared.
Thanks so much for doing this. What a good way to get people to check out these verses. |

| The paralyzed man has large forearms and calves. Should have very little muscle since he hasn't moved in 20 years. |

| It may be a trick of the lighting but it looks like the cloth with which the paralytic is bound to the litter turns from a dirty purple/brown to white as Jesus unties it. |

DING! DING! DING! Winner winner chicken dinner!OUSTANDING! Yup, that stood out like a sore thumb to me the first time I watched the movie. If you've been paralyzed for 20 years, not moving at all, your muscles would all be atrophied. This "paralytic" has real muscular forearms. This was an example of casting the wrong person for the part. Guess that director slept through the anatomy & physiology class. Thank you everyone for participating. I really appreciate it.
