There was a discussion about cuckoo clocks once and I mentioned that had one in the past and someday I'd like to get another. Tony sent me one that had belonged to his mother. IIRC, he had quite the collection of engraved firearms. Some SERIOUS artwork! Old school, deep engraving. Yeah, that was it! The calories were fine. I was working my butt off in daily Physical Therapy, lost a bunch of weight. I tried to at least double everything the therapist told me to do, and it paid off. Six weeks and I was able to function independently, getting out of bed and standing with a walker by myself, no help needed. Major accomplishment! Your gift was a bright spot. I hoped to actually meet both of you some day, but that's not going to happen unless y'all appear in Florida. My traveling days are over, will be 90 in January, assuming that I don't croak before then. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים | |||

It was at Gander Mountain. I am in contact with Doc on a regular basis. He is in St Augustine, Florida currently. He just had onE of the photos he took while in the service included as part of gallery at the UDT/SEAL museum in Fort Pierce. He spends time helping at an antique store that specializes in nautical and shipwreck recovered items. Building quite a collection of coins and other artifacts. I've called him the laziest pirate you've ever heard of, but you have heard of him. Don’t hold me to it, this was the early days in the forum for me, but as I recall… There was a poster by the name of Brain on Sigs. He and Lunde were friends and I seem to remember Brain on Sigs posting about Sarah Palin during a forum political moratorium. He was corrected and I believe he never returned.
