I went back and took a look at 23andMe's thread. I, myself, overcome with emotion at the time, posted several farewells to him throughout the thread. Even though it's been a while, I still get a little choked up over it.

I’m confused. The link opens a thread of 46and2, rather than 23andMe.

220ST. If remember his name correctly. Great guy but had some health issues. I still have a NIB P229 Stainless Elite I bought from his store years ago.

Read Para's prior (actually two) post from above.

Thanks oddball. I had to scroll up a bit on the previous page. Surprised that a member can change his/her name.

“Ah, yes. 46and2, formerly known as 23andMe.”

Can, but only with boss man’s permission. You can’t just up and change your username.

I had forgotten how dramatic 46&2 made his exit. His almost biblical language and agitated emotions were comedic. Bizarre but entertaining. Pretty evident the guy has a deep-seated hatred for religion.

He was granted a username change but it was never 23andMe. It's a joke: 23andMe x 2 = 46and2. Both names deal with chromosomes.

And then there was old dino, a retired detective, who, if memory serves, had a regretable bad night posting here and was shown the exit by Para.

She knitted a sweater for our first born and it was passed down to the next two as well.
My wife liked it so much it made the wardrobe choice for the boys 6 month photo shoot. To which each one of the boys in the sweater is prominently displayed on our built ins next to the fire place.
Our oldest just turned 13.

I also seemed to remember a fella named SIGnified I believe. Had one of the default avatars of a fella who I always figured was Mark Twain but really have no idea.
Remember that fella was straight to the point and said it how it is.
