Gutpile Charlie last posted in 2021. I always enjoyed his posts. I fear he passed.

Horn. Great guy, met him a few times. I fear he passed.

There was a guy Dusty78, I recall he was a physician. Hasn’t posted in years.

Old guy, can’t remember his name. IIRC as a young man he marched with old Civil War Veterans.

Who was the guy that made salt and pepper grinders?

Oh yes! Hal - I think you're right about the MN in the name... I can't think of it either, but I had spoken to him a few times over the years...

Replacement Trommel. He was an Army Ranger that served in Somali when the black hawk down thing happened again, iirc.

Dusty just posted to an old thread of his a few days ago.

I used to enjoy Entropy’s posts regarding aviation. I seem to remember a dust up and I think he took off.

There was a member here who posted a lot, and was an avid outdoorsman, maybe a rancher, and was very knowledgable about firearms (as many here are) as well as broad knowledge on many things, that I found quite interesting and informative.

Can’t remember his forum name.

He and others members got into a heated argument about something, and that was it for him.

He took his ball and went home.

It might not be the guy you are thinking about but does anyone remember 3/4 flap or something like that?

bigdeal hasn’t posted in several years. Not sure what happened to him.

But, the biggest “I’m taking my ball and go home” has got to be 46and2, imo. Holy shit, the man became completely unhinged after Roe v. Wade was overturned.

Today’s daily double question-

“46and2 was one of a handful of members who asked for and was given a screen name change. What was 46and2’s screen name prior to 2011?”

B27 was a little insane. But usually good for a laugh. Guessing he did a lot of drinking and posting. The turtle!!

I remember he was given a lot of grace and still seemed bent on getting banned !

Been so many that have come and gone. Its a pity I don't remember most of them. kind of sad!!

Steve, who had the dancing tomato avatar. He contributed and sold in the Classifieds.

Also Agony as mentioned. He was the first member to whom I lent a sight tool.

He also had an incredible Benchmade collection, before the situation.

I finally remembered my password. Long story, quite boring.

My appreciation to those that remembered me. I remember and have remembered you. I haven't posted much anywhere, nothing particularly interesting to post on my part.

Btw, "jezha" is fine. Or "je", for short. As in, "have you heard about je lately?". Smile

Steve (220ST) is alive and well.

As is Agony (he's a PA). Lives in WV, still has a very nice knife collection.
