The screaming by the actors was performance art. Driving through the barricades with sirens blazing just played into their script and broadcasting this crap as "news" will only result in more of the same. Ideally (if I was the on-scene supervisor of the LEOs present), the officers should have driven up, parked, approached and took the idiots into custody (no reason for screaming and felony approach with guns drawn that I saw), put them in their police cars and pulled the shit out of the road before taking the offenders to jail for booking.

You have every right to feel good seeing these jerks treated in a manner that made it look like they were given "rough justice", but they weren't. You can even see the woman on the left looking around for the camera behind her at one point. While I respect Mr. Wood (as I do you), the best way to handle OFFENDERS like this is to get them hooked up and out of there ASAP, so the backup of vehicles could be cleared out. Make this as boring as possible to discourage future players. In Europe they did that and the climate change clowns glued their hands to the asphalt roadways to make drama where there wasn't any. Perfect! Bring it on!!!

BTW: When I was a LEO, we had the same type of protests involving Animal Rights radicals. We didn't up the drama and local news got bored of these arrests real quick. Of course when you had increased violence and large crowds were allowed to act out (as in 2000), the riots proliferated to the point that cowardly politicians (including LE managers) "bent a knee" and look at the message THAT sent! We're still paying for it.

Hopefully they all end up in a Tribal jail, waiting for a Tribal judge to deny them bail for wanton endangerment, trespass, and what other charges they can come up with. Since it's Tribal land, do they get the benefits of the US Constitution or are they subject to Tribal Law and does it allow bail, etc, flight from tribal land seems likely for these miscreants.

Maybe they will be given to Ten Bears and he'll taken out in the desert and bury them up to their necks..

And then follow up with serious charges - like these Pro-Life protestors who are facing 11 years in prison for the exact same thing - blocking access to an abortion clinic. Blocking an abortion clinic or blocking a public roadway. Same thing. Except abortion clinics have a special law granting them special treatment by not allowing protestors to block access to the clinic. Just one more example of our growing two tier justice system.

Looking at the second video with the drone footage of the lines causes me to question what kind of people go to Burning Man? They have way more patience than many of the folks I know. All of those trucks and campers and nobody had a bolt cutters?
