There should be lasting ramifications for Pelosi tearing up the State Of The Union (SOTU) speech. From here-on-out whenever a Republican President is delivering a SOTU speech and the Speaker of the House is a Democrat (Socialist) the speech should be provided as laminated pages in a binder which prohibits removal of individual pages. No more fiddling around with individual pages and no more tearing up of the SOTU speech.
