There should be lasting ramifications for Pelosi tearing up the State Of The Union (SOTU) speech. From here-on-out whenever a Republican President is delivering a SOTU speech and the Speaker of the House is a Democrat (Socialist) the speech should be provided as laminated pages in a binder which prohibits removal of individual pages. No more fiddling around with individual pages and no more tearing up of the SOTU speech. The other articles have the sequence as hand over the speech, then the handshake, then Pelosi introducing the President. Last, Did the President and VP Pence shake hands?
