You must be new to politics.

McConnell is a lame duck senator. If he died today, and the Kentucky governor appointed a replacement, it would be tied up in court past the general election.

A zero sum gain.

you keep bring up "faking has death".
That is highly unlikely.
So if he were incapacitated and removed from being a senator tomorrow and in a couple weeks Thune is compelled to bring the filibuster thing up in the senate what would happen to his vote?
It would be one less no vote would it not? I do not know how it works. But guessing while mitch is still propped up it makes Trumps life more difficult and we know that is what the likes of him's mission is and always has been. He hates our President.

Yep. Faking his death/life. That’s exactly what many of the conspiracy buffs are alleging. Could be the reason why I keep bringing it up.

But in most everything, you believe everything is about you. If it doesn’t apply to you, then it doesn’t apply to you.

Got it. This is a huge conspiracy to do what they have already been doing.

I don't know about your jibberish.

But can you answer the question please? It is pretty clear and simple.

Again, you must be new to politics.

Nobody in Washington wants the filibuster removed. Except on the extreme sides. The filibuster ensures that nothing gets through to make major changes to the grift. Boiling frog, thousand cuts and whatnot. But, it does make for a straw man argument to prop up a theory. Frankly, your story has changed so much I don’t know what you believe.

Except that it will be the opposite of whatever everyone else thinks. Two days ago, you made an ass of yourself about a Scott Jennings quote. When you got called out over it, you immediately doubled down…..after supposedly seeing a single news clip.

Yep.

Why would Jennings fake it? He knows McConnell is on his way out, either way, and Jennings is a fairly young man with a long career in front of him. Why would he sabotage his own career, and his personal life, for a short term ruse?

Agreed, his credibility is his strong point, what makes him valuable as the anti-socialist on the CNN panel, helping them to get people to tune in... at least that seems to be part of it.

Can anyone else see the Rats wheeling McConnell into the Senate to give a McCain Thumbs down on the Save Act vote....

If the Act passes now theres no doubt that courts will give injunctions to stop it before November making getting SCOTUS to let it go difficult and Blue States screaming they can't enact it in that short of a time.

Like Iran and Democrats and R-rats, time is on their side....

I was referring to the picture and statement, not Jennings.
