Honestly, just seeing this idiot realize he absolutely will die in prison, either of old age or be executed in 20 yrs., would be satisfaction enough. The arrogant doosh really thought he was gonna get away with it. And he may still think that for a while. But when it sinks in, it's gonna hurt.

Won’t take that long in the federal system because there’s only one level of appeals. McVeigh was convicted in 1997 and executed in 2001.

Whatever he gets, I also want to see ATF throw the book at him for the silencer, crossing states lines with it and used in the commission of a murder.

What's the point ? The suppressor obviously did not contribute anything to the crime .

Because ATF goes after so many unintentional, non-violent violations with such vigor. Here's an open and shut case of a violent crime. They could tack on a good 10 yrs or more to whatever else he gets.

The corpse would really stink with life +10

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

"The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth."
