Corporations are woke because, for the most part, management no longer comes from within. Instead, management consists of college grads. But workplace violence is a very real thing, and if a disgruntled employee/soon-to-be ex-employee/ex-employee/angry family member of any of the above happens to walk into that Goodyear plant and start shooting up the place, Black Lives Matter is not going to be the bunch that rushes in and risks their lives to stop the threat. | |||

I just talked to my local Goodyear tire/service shop. For what its worth. They told me it was a manager from a shop who was giving his own policy speech. The shops are independently owned/operated and the only connection to Goodyear is the sign outside. They pay a fee to Goodyear for the tires and thats it. Goodyear has no control how they run the shop and what policies they set. | |||
