I'm too stubborn. Above is the best I can sugarcoat it in writing but I don't think I will when I sit down with the boss. I won't say anything to get myself fired but there is no way I'm going to acknowledge anything "systemic," that's for sure.

I don't have that issue as there are no performance reviews in my current job. Just write ups and days off for cause.

I’d write a smart remark like, “my goal is to be included in a raise”. Once my boss made me change it I would put some garbage in there. I currently do not have to do that but I can see it coming.

I plan to include more Chinese food at lunch and diversify beyond General Tso's chicken.

I have posted before, I was in the final interview for a full time teaching position at a local college, with the VP Academics, Dean of Business, Dept Chair, AND the District "Diversity" Chair.

One of the first questions, "how do you promote diversity in the classroom". My answer, "from my Army days, we recognize all the different colors, backgrounds, cultures, we acknowledge these. But we focus the fact that we are all in the same green uniform here for the same purpose. So I acknowledge all the diverse backgrounds, we are all here to learn accounting. (ie, I focus on what makes us the same, not what makes us different.)

I had a similar question on a review and my answer was as follows... I’m sorry but I refuse to participate in nonsense”. I never heard another word about it.

I will only strangle 6 liberal SJW's with gigli wire in the first quarter, 2 in the second and none the remainder of the year. They will all be disposed of in diverse locales with minimal disturbance to the social well being, while leaving minimal carbon footprint.
