But just this afternoon, the US Atty in Oregon told that fuck-tard Wheeler to pound sand. The deputizing still stands.

The U.S. Marshal will not cancel the cross-deputation of local and state law enforcement officers. Law enforcement and law-abiding citizens of Portland have endured months of nightly criminal violence and destruction. Officers have been repeatedly assaulted with bottles, bats, sledgehammers, lasers, rocks, and other weapons of convenience. In addition, the public has seen repeated efforts by criminals to burn down public buildings. These violent, senseless, and criminal acts have no bearing on social justice. They only serve to exacerbate lawlessness in this city.

{snip}

Portlanders, and Oregonians in general are sick of the boarded-up and dangerous conditions prevalent in downtown Portland due to a lack of leadership.

Yeah, but go further. Given the number and significance of the charges filed against this POS prior to the shooting of the two officers, why was he out of jail when he shot the two cops? Therein lies the rub.

Here is a bit more from KPTV on the until the end of the year deputization of 56 Portland Police Officers.

https://www.kptv.com/news/port...37-9c3ec09d44e7.html

Seems the Oregon morons did not realize that the deputization for the weekend because of the Proud Boys, would last until end of the year Ha Ha Kate and Ted.

Article also talks about 'one' Proud Boy being arrested, after the group had already departed.

Hmm, 1 errant Proud Boy and 30 Antifa types arrested.

Also, KPTV had interview of Proud Boys with leader Enrique saying that 'If our group coming to Portland, resulted in Oregon Governor to declare a State of Emergency, we accomplished our mission. They certainly did with 56 PP deputized as Federal Marshalls until the end of the year.

The circus keeps going. I guess Ted could fire the 56 Portland Police officers. This would be interesting.

It only stands to reason that where there's sacrifice, there's someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there's service, there is someone being served. The man who speaks to you of sacrifice is speaking of slaves and masters, and intends to be the master.

Here’s the thing. No one goes to jail any more. Sentences are pennies on the dollar. Each time you hear the words “criminal justice reform” it means BOHICA. It costs money to keep people incarcerated. If you claim it’s a social issue, you don’t have to spend the money. And you can take that money and spend it elsewhere.

Not at all. Those strict California gun laws work exactly as designed. They hinders harass, and annoy legal gun owners without havin any effect whatsoever on criminals. Exactly like the GDCs intended.

I can not understand that either. Hordes should be outside his office demanding he resign and thrown out of town.

I can’t decide what would make me happier: Little Teddy tarred and feathered, then run out of town on a rail, or a full auto belt fed pepper ball shotgun turned loose on the peaceful protestors. If I could have both, I would not ask for anything else for Christmas or my next birthday. Ah well, we can dream...

This is only a guess... the officer likely carried with no round in the chamber; that would require the slide to be racked to chamber a round. Most Beretta are SA/DA, so the bad guy repeatedly tried to fire DA, hence the reported "clicking" sound.

I use Israeli Carry, or Condition Three: magazine in and no chambered round... I practice draw using a slide rack.

I have reading a lot (probably too much) about the likes of Twatter, google, and FB have all signed on to shut down anyone claiming victory on election night before the "real" results are in.

This and (I believe) Google's person in charge of shutting down people they don't agree with joining Biden's transition team leaves me wondering what they have up their dirty sleeves

Imagine MSM refusing to call the election due to "mail in ballots" and Tech progs shutting down all conservative online speech.....maybe even yanking the cord on Trump.

So all anyone hears is Trump lost....

They did similar things in Ukraine, Egypt etc.

They know this is the progs best chance to gain control of the US and may do anything and everything to ensure their "reset 2030" proceeds with US interference

If they do that, then they are gambling their entire company's future on winning. Because, if Trump wins, they just made the anti-trust case against their companies, and Alphbet will become Alphabits, Twitter will become Twit and Twat, etc.

My understanding is that he was arrested for a carjacking/shooting that happened before he shot the LEOs -- while he was in jail they used ballistics and the recovered car to show he was the one who ambushed the officers.

A friend of mine grew up in Jerusalem, and he tells me there was almost no crime when he was there. No one locked their doors, that type of crime did not occur because...the punishments were severe. As in, hands cut off, death, etc.

Years later he was a LEO in San Francisco where he arrested some persons for felonies who had a rap sheet with 30-35 felonies listed. His opinion is that the lighter the punishment, the greater the likelihood the individual will continue to commit crimes.

Business Leaders Who Reject Woke Culture To Be 'First People Lined Up Against The Wall And Shot In Revolution': Ex-Twitter CEO

https://www.zerohedge.com/poli...gainst-wall-and-shot

If one needed any further evidence of Twitter's far-left corporate culture, look no further than former CEO Dick Costolo - who went full Bolshevik in a Thursday Twitter rant warning that "me-first capitalists" who don't agree with injecting political activism into the workplace will be "the first people lined up against the wall and shot in the revolution," adding "I'll happily provide video commentary."

Costolo, a partner at Index Ventures and who sits on the board of Patreon (which got spanked in court for deplatforming conservatives), ran Twitter from 2010 to 2015.

Meanwhile, Costolo is finding support on the left for his murder fantasy - such as Media Matters editor Parker Molloy.

What I mean, is that cities might save money if the punishment was more severe. They might save a lot of money. But if they are Democrat run cities, most likely they will just keep running things into the ground.
