Pretty easy to make the case for self defense when the one you shot is pictured with a gun in hand and makes a statement that he regrets not being able to kill you.

Just heard on the news that the mayor of Raleigh NC has imposed a 10PM to 5AM curfew there for both Friday and Saturday nights due to planned demonstrations. Don’t know what instructions the police have received, but when all this crap first started, there was some looting and fires started there as well.

I am not clear on what happened in the auto dealership.

To me the video’s are too fuzzy to see Kyle taking a shot.
He was running and seem to keep running, circling around to view the guy on the ground an make a phone call.

What is the evidence that points to Kyle shooting the guy in the head. I am missing it.

Facebook has removed the page belonging to the Kenosha Guard, the militia group that Kyle Rittenhouse may be a member of or possibly somehow following although there's no direct evidence thereof, for being in direct violation of their recent (today) policy against militia groups.

They've further cut through the cumbersome red tape known as due process and officially declared the recent event in Wisconsin a "mass murder". Rittenhouse's FB page and Instagram account have also been removed.

The latest videos now show someone further away behind the bald guy firing a handgun in Kyle's direction. At the sound of the shot, Kyle turns around and fires 4 times at the bald guy who drops to the ground. Then Kyle runs around the cars and we hear three more shots.

To me, it sounds like the first shot and the last 3 are the same kind of firearm, so perhaps the handgun shooter fired more shots at Kyle after Kyle shot the bald guy. I do not see anything to indicate that Kyle fired any more after the first four rounds, until he was attacked while running down the street.

With one modification to your statement....a gun this POS was not legally justified to possess given previous felony arrest(s).

Watching it from that angle, it's even less clear to me that Rittenhouse was even the shooter.

Rosenbaum is chasing Kyle. Rosenbaum throws something at Kyle.

There is a single gun shot w Kyle's back to Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum is about 20 feet from Kyle.

Just as Rosenbaum "catches" Kyle, Kyle turns and immediately shoots Rosenbaum. (4 shots ?)
Rosenbaum falls face down.

The tall fellow running behind Rosenbaum w his arm in the air is a reporter filming (Richie McGinnis of the Daily Caller ) The reporter takes off his shirt and uses it as a bandage on Rosenbaum's head.

The first gunshot is clearly from the far left in the video. The NYT article points out a flash of light, but this next video is higher quality.

Clearly a gunshot. You can see gun smoke rising in the air. (about 1 second into the video)

The higher quality video makes it look even more that just as Rosenbaum reached Kyle, Kyle turned and fired. Rosenbaum went down immediately.
