Matthew 7:1. Like every Bible verse, it must be read in the context of the rest of the Bible. Not isolated on its own and mixed with our cultural context. Consider just a few verses later Jesus says you shall recognize a tree by its fruit (meaning it should be obvious to discern between good and bad).

Adultery is sin. “Not judging” means I recognize I’m also a sinner in need of salvation, not that I’m unable to know it is sin.
