Y’all should give the reasons why you can’t resist. Just listing them is totally boring.

Any horror, I just don't like it.

also oddly, Fahrenheit 451 both the book and the movie are completely indigestible to me. I think because I would not allow such world to exist in peace.

Two posts and you haven't even given an answer, yourself.

Here's a couple more for me:
Forbidden Planet
Any even numbered Star Trek movie.

'The last Samurai' for the music alone......

And the 1969 movie 'Interlude'...the music written for it will be in my mind as I lie dying.

Disregard following, I missed the double negative in the title.

I don't have any particular movies that I choose not to watch but the slasher genre is not a favorite.
My father refused to watch realistic "war movies" such as Private Ryan et al. He was a D Day and WW2 vet and saw things he chose not to relive. He was mentally tough being a funeral director but just chose not to reopen old memories. My sister and I wanted to send him for the 50th D Day anniversary but he adamantly refused to go. He was proud of his service but I guess this was his way of coping.
