This is how ridiculously retarded and sick society has become. If you take the Texas law as written, these same irresponsible, feral, individuals can still screw indiscriminately, get pregnant, and still enjoy a free abortion on Uncle Sugar. The only limitation now is they have to do it in the first six weeks after getting knocked up. Wow, what a set of draconian restrictions.  My 90 year old father put his opinion on the matter very clearly some time back when he said, sure, give them an abortion the first time they show up pregnant, and 'spay' them at the same time. Dad likes to use animal terms when referring to people who function no differently than animals.----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. British law at the beginning of the 19th century treated public offices as both public assets (they serve the public) and private assets (you get to keep whatever bribes and overages you get out of public office, so an office holder has a property right to the office). Marbury v. Madison, decided by the US Supreme Court in 1803, determined that governmental offices are NOT private property in any way, shape or form. Apparently Ginsberg decided that Marbury v. Madison only applies to dead white men since only dead white men were in public office (or, specifically, the Supreme Court) at the time. Otherwise, how could there be a "liberal woman's" seat on the Supreme Court? IMHO the biggest horse laugh in all of this comes from the fact that Ginsberg's insistence on re-imagining the Constitution and other laws wound up putting a serious crimp in the ability of people like Ginsberg to re-imagine the Constitution and other laws. | |||

MANDATORY!!! I've been a proponent of this approach for all of my adult life. There's very few reasons to give a "woman" the choice to murder twice. Honestly, I'd even support public funding for this as it will eventually lead to fewer cases of welfare and further reduce crime. Yeah, yeah. Nobody has ever done anything against the Constitution before Look fella's, it's simply a thought I had. I know there are a lot of things wrong with thinking the way that I do, but let's be honest....I'm not the first. Who knows, maybe it would make women think a bit harder about the consequences. rburg, never said it was a simple solution: honestly, it would be pretty hard to tell if any one particular fella was in fact the father. Haven't you ever seen an episode of Maury Povich? Girls that I knew that got pregnant as teens had a hard time pinning down any one guy as the daddy. Hell, I'll use my own mother and me as a more personal example. She didn't know "for sure" who my biological father was. It wasn't until after she died that I figured it out through DNA testing. Could've been any one of about 5-6 guys (that I know of). Hopefully most women aren't that promiscuous but as we've seen before, women can be vindictive. Personally I'm not seeing a big issue with this either. My two hounds are neutered because when they were young they'd indiscriminately hump virtually anything they came in contact with. Most of these feral men are little different and could benefit society as a whole by getting snipped. When I was young I 'enjoyed' a number of women prior to marriage, and remarkably, didn't generate a single ankle biter out of any of those encounters.
