I had to look to find out what and where the "Report this post" button was. I'm really surprised anyone has ever clicked on it. Sheesh - you'd have to be a real Judy Hensler to click on that link!

When I was a kid, anyone who let it be known that his feelings had been hurt would be a pariah. He'd never live it down! It's amazing how something that was the epitome of weakness has now become a rallying cry of a whole generation.

I've been here since 2003. 15 years. I have never reported a post. Never used the ignore function. I'm a big boy and can read words without getting too bothered. Seems that some people start out running to tell mommy on everybody, and then grow up to be post reporters. Wink

Lol...this is true in life. We are all probably a lot more sensitive than we want people to know.

This is correct and ALL of us have issues that are extremely sensitive. You learn about those in your teenage years when you say something you should not have, and you get clobbered. Road rage for some people comes from ultra sensitivity.

I will admit that I use it in two ways:

1) In classifieds if a member is selling on multiple sites. It’s to the point you can literally see an ad and “KNOW” that it is on other sites.

2). Overtly racist shit. This is a public board that I care very much about, I’d hate for something to get past the staff that give new members the wrong impression about SigForum.

Well, either that or have fat fingers. I’ve hit it several times trying to quote a post, but I just kill the window and try again.

Sometimes I open my browser on cell and it says, "thank you, we cant manage in real time...." or something of the like.

I am curious if this post is about me as i posted in the admin office awhile back about the issue and have NEVER reported any thread ever. Thoughts?

if you add an apology to the post you can cover your bases. " if it was me, which I am not sure it is because I did not read the OP about it being someone who has posted a lot of complaints about a lot of posts, then, I am truly sorry if I offended anyone."

I've been through this myself, there's the one person who feels they need to scour the forum and report every thing possible. After a while I stopped reading the reports and just ignore him, it's the boy that cried wolf.

Now that I think about it, it could be the very same person here as well. lol

It's a quote from a movie called Super Troopers.

The answer is "Shenanigans", a term that Arc has just used in his previous post.

Is the packaging biodegradable? Or biohazardous? Should he wash his hands after opening said complaint?
