Just for accuracy's sake, you might want to delete the one saying that the travel ban is 100% constitutional.

Of course, I'm just another lawyer nitpicking the language, but that's what we do. Smile

The USSC has not ruled so the claim of 100% could be seen as an opinion. In fact even after the USSC rules, one can have an opinion regarding Constitutionality that differs from the high priests in black.

For example, the US Constitution 100% does not protect the murder of unborn children. See that's my opinion. And it's true.

If it is only someone's opinion, then I shouldn't have commented, because then it is simply someone's judgment, and not truth (or fact). (Someone may believe that the Earth is flat, and that's OK with me. Completely disproven by fact, but his opinion nonetheless, and he is entitled to it, no matter how contrary to fact it is.)

Spicer was not the right person for that job, he was not 'smooth' in his speaking and presentation. He spoke in a halting, sometimes broken pattern, and frequently over used the same words in a sentence. Sarah is much better IMO.

You can not interchange opinion and facts. His opinion is not OK, because opinions can not be proven, and facts can.

It is OK for person A to have an opinion that green is the best color, and OK for person B to believe that red is the best. It is not OK for person A to believe that water is dry.

She does a good job.

They are considering KellyAnne Conway as Director of Communications.

Report: Kellyanne Conway Could Be Getting A Promotion
White House adviser and former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway could become the next White House communications director, an executive branch source told the The Daily Caller.

The report came just hours after news broke that former communications director Anthony Scaramucci was let go from his position just 10 days into the job.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Why do you think they are called "opinions?"

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

That is all true, but for the previous eight years it was OK to identify as someone who believes water is dry. It may take a while to clean out some of the insanity.

Thank you, President Trump for taking the first step in stemming the flow of the third world invasion begun five decades ago by supporting the immigration bill today.

Stephen Miller has the patience of a saint. If that were me, my Italian ire would have triggered about the fourteenth time that shitstain Acosta interrupted me and I would have had to step down off the podium, stuff the microphone in his libtard mouth, and punch him in right in the throat.

I do wish they would address the interruptions better. This is how lefties do business, he didn't want an answer he just wanted to talk over him so his message couldn't get out. A simple "Are you going to let me answer or are you going to keep interrupting me" would suffice. If he does not comply pick on someone else and let him rant. You will never get a word in when liberals do that, it is their best weapon. So ask politly, and then ignore them.

I can't imagine how this is a promotion. She is a Senior Counsellor to the President, and White House Chief Strategist.

I want to be appointed Press Secretary. I would make several changes.

First, I would hold a press conference once a week. 0800 every Monday for one hour.

Next, I would ban Jim Acosta from attending.

Finally, I would instruct the rest of them that they are free to ask any question they like...and then they will shut the fuck up and let me answer it. When I am done speaking, they may ask a follow up question. Once. Anyone breaking this rule, interrupting, or talking over me, will promptly be escorted from the room and not allowed to return.

Works for me. I am not noted for patience with assholes, so there is that.

Nearly all of these so-called journalists are convinced that they have the right to say anything (true or not). Ask a question and then when they don't like the answer they simply interrupt and talk over the person questioned.

Must be a technique taught by Columbia school of journalism since so many of these morons come through there.

Nah. Now that these are cable TVs answer to soap operas, let 'em rip.

Let them make fools of themselves. No real news is being made in these shows. Announce any real news in press releases handed out as they happen to be ready.

They seem to be able to handle themselves ok. This guy Miller today handled Acosta pretty well. I don't recall any of the fake news guys getting the drop on the WH staff guys.

Let them rant and rave and spew their nonsense. Red meat for the bitter clingers out there in fly over country!
