For me, it’s either sweet potato or buttermilk.
Preferably made by a grandmother. Simply because it seems (IME) grandmothers are the best cooks.

Now it is Pecan (or Chocolate Pecan).
When I was a kid my mom always made me an Apricot pie which I loved.

My grandmother's peanut butter pie. I believe I'm the sole possessor of this recipe.

However, if I'm not the one making it then pecan is my go to pie year around, but strawberry pie is my favorite when strawberries are in season.

There is a pie they sometimes have down at one of the local restaurants, called, I think, "summer harvest." Not certain. It's a pumpkin-pecan pie. It is to die for.

Chocolate cream. Specifically the Edwards brand commonly available in your grocers freezer section. Best dessert in the world.

Boysenberry is 2nd.

Wife's favorite is strawberry rhubarb. Before we met, I had no idea that combination existed in a pie.
