I have not either but in a disaster such as this you could technically lose or be forced to leave your stockpile. All I am saying is I have compassion for folks trying to survive, feed their kids etc. hell even in some ways for those who didn't or couldn't prepare. You come walking out of Best Buy with a 60 inch and an Xbox and are going back for an HDMI cable I have NO COMPASSION FOR. This is my thought as well. If the person taking necessary items to survive would just leave a note itemizing what was taken and that they would be back to pay for it when possible, then no foul.
