I am on-call that day, so probably reading or watching a movie.

In the old days, many watched, just to see the commercials. Thanks to technology, that is no longer necessary.

F*ck the NFL! Mad

When is it? Always a good time to go shopping while the game is on.

If I wasnt on overtime, I'd be shopping. Instead, I'mma be at my mother's playing with her new puppy. My old dog, he is like 14 now, got all excited seeing her. She is a six week old husky to his 14 year old self

I'd just as soon watch paint dry anyway.

Daughter is bringing the pups down for a run, that'll use up a couple of hours.

Whatever it is, it’ll be a lot more meaningful than watching a bunch of America hating thugs.

Same thing I've done every year: Something else Smile

One year, after hearing year after year after year after year about how great were the commercials, I tuned in. Didn't watch the game, per se, so much as kept an eye out for the commercials.

Wouldn't you know it: That year the commercials were ho-hum. "There's four hours of my life I'll never get back," was more-or-less my thought.

Last time I ever did that.

Yo, RedLeg, a few miles south of Crystal River is Homosassa Springs State Park. Good Florida wildlife exhibits.

Ah fishing on the lakes during winter have plenty of stories to tell. One is about ice cracking a newbie and how fast he could run out of the fish house without touching the floor, or door knob.

Ah, yes, the ice fishing crazies Smile and others who think bringing themselves and heavy stuff out on the ice when it's marginal is a Good Idea.

Every winter, every damn winter we end up with people having to be airlifted off chunks of ice that have broken off. That often means a vehicle, usually a snowmobile, is going to add its pollution to the lake.

Then there was the winter somebody thought it would be a Good Idea to hold a party out on the lake and a bunch of people parked their vehicles on the ice in one of the canals. Yeah, you guessed it: The ice broke and every damn vehicle ended-up in the water

I'll be watching the toilet bowl.

No, not the flu or colonoscopy prep, it needs a new wax seal.

Probably try the 8.2mile hiking loop nearby (2000 feet elevation gain) with the pup. Might be a good day to go skiing too.
