Since I don't receive the TV channel carrying the Super Bowel, I picked up two movies from the library to watch instead.......

"Odd Man Out"- James Mason.

"Watch on the Rhine"- Bette Davis.

You may have what you regard as good reasons for rooting for him, but, in my personal opinion, people like him still being in the game, and Vick being allowed back in, are as much an indictment of the NFL as I could possibly imagine.

Game starts at 3 PM and lasts a solid 4+ hours. Usually we take a family drive on superbowl Sunday maybe head out to some BLM land. Or to the coast it will be super nice weather this weekend. Dru little crowds wherever we do go.

You have to be joking. Seriously this is a joke right? I'm just going to assume that this must be a joke because it's really ridiculous otherwise.

Say what you want about Vick and I'm not defending him for what he did with dog fighting.

BUT, he did file for chapter 11 bankruptcy and as of late last year paid off 99% of what he owed to creditors. That's over $17 million owed.

He's now working for FOX NFL kickoff.

I will be playing with my daughter, doing bathtime and bedtime stories, and then probably going out for a run.

Just got the lawn mower back from the shop. It had its yearly PMs so I will bag up leaves and dead grass followed by a long shower to wash off the mountain cedar pollen. The NFL is dead to me. I used to be a Pittsburg kneelers fan.

I’ll be nursing my 13 month old puppy back to health after having surgery to repair a hiatal hernia and some upper airway issues that needed addressed to help with the hernia problem.

It will be the first Super Bowl I’ll miss in at least 10-15 years but it’s not going to be the last. Didn’t watch a single snap of football this season....and I didn’t miss it one bit.

I'll probably watch a good movie. I certainly will not be supporting this circus.

Are you really that gullible? Did you not follow the follow the federal case where the judge called the entire event a disgrace? This was a smear campaign by Goodell that failed miserably. By the way - the footballs for the Colts were also found to be underinflated - and there were three different readings on the same football with faulty gauges. I guess you didn't read those facts - did you?

Bora Bora for the win! For me, I’ll be enjoying a well earned post-call day off from work. Likely some range time in the mix, and maybe a movie.

I couldn’t care less about the superbowl or football.

I didn't read through the thread from the beginning but.... when IS the Super Bowl? Don't bother to answer I really don't care and certainly won't be watching the damn game. I have a lot of respect for Tom Brady though.

Miserable weather tomorrow and jt usually starts late anyway so nothing very exciting. Play some video games or watch a couple movies by myself.

BTW, your cable/dish provider knows what you are watching, so don't tune in to the game for even a single second.

I'll probably be shooting my bow, maybe watching a hunting show rerun for the 17th time.
