Well, in the past, I've gone to the movie theater. The idea is that everyone else is elsewhere, watching the silly game. However, these days I do not readily give my money to theaters, since they assault patrons with jet engine decibel-level commercials- not previews, mind you, but actual TV commercials. And 7.70 for a "Regular" popcorn. Roll Eyes

So, I'll be at home with the wife, who also plans to not watch the greatest event in all of human history.

Very disappointing to see Jessie Watters on Fox essentially begging people to give him Superbowl tickets. Jessie, pard, even if the damn thing was free admission, you shouldn't want to go, I hear you running your suck on Fox about the behavior of the left, and here you are, groveling to go to a Black Lives Matter festival.

I'll be TDY at a much warmer venue with a beach and plenty of things to do besides watch Tom Brady get another ring. Quite frankly, I would rather cut off my balls with a butter knife than watch that bullshit.

We bought quite a few DVD's in the last year that we haven't gotten around to watching yet, so I'll suggest a Marathon Sunday for us.

I'll advocate for the Alec Guinness version of "Tinker, Taylor, Soldier, Spy" from The BBC, late 1970's. She'll want to watch "Castle" starting with Episode 1, in which case I'll be here on SigForum.

Too bad there isn't a shooting range within a reasonable distance.

Oh is it time for that again? Are the Yankees playing?

It’s been so long since I’ve watched I’ve forgotten who the usual suspects are.

Good question. I haven't even given it much thought. My wife is working that evening so I'll be home with my little one. For her sake I'll probably tune into the puppy bowl for a little bit. Once she goes to bed though I'll likely watch a movie while sipping on a cocktail.

I've gone to the range on a previous Super Bowl Sunday or two, and may go again this year. Usually very quiet out there on that day, along with beautiful weather here in Central Arizona.

Attending ski races!

My son has a U14 SL race at Camelback, and my daughter a U10 SL race at Jack Frost. Both ski areas are in the Poconos.

Not sure which I will be going to at this point, but I am very much looking forward to it!!

Following the races the family will re-group for dinner somewhere!

I don't think we've gone to a movie theater in twenty years or more.

Superbowl? Don't even know WHEN it is and furthermore, I just don't give a flying popcorn fart.

The irony to me is that when I was in South Korea in 2009 the Superbowl was a major morale booster for troops stationed there. The General declared a stand down for the day and the clubs opened at 0500 for the pregame party. (Wings and Nachos at 0500 makes a pretty good breakfast). The game was live via satellite and everybody was there. It was a grand American celebration and there were tears in the eyes of troops when the National Anthem was played. The South Koreans though of it as an American holiday like July 4th. How ironic that the kneeling assholes have crapped all over a great tradition. I don't know when the Superbowl game is and don't care. I will be at the range.

You know, it's really a shame because if it weren't for all the nonsense going on the last two seasons, I'd most certainly be watching the game. I love football and always especially enjoyed watching the Superbowl. It's just good times.

It's really unfortunate what these ignorant fools have done to a great American tradition for so many. I hate them for that. I hate them for ruining something that I truly enjoyed. But not watching really is a no-brainer. At least for me.

SB game is on NBC and I don't get NBC TV signal where I live. No overpriced cable hook up either.

So, it's work on the motorcycle or clean guns and maybe listen to game on Radio.
