Alvarez’s 3-run homer was 450 ft!

Hell of a shot & he knew it as soon as it was off the bat.
Guy that caught it was in an Alvarez jersey too

Bummer
But I’m glad Peña got the MVP. He certainly earned it.

Peña played great through the whole postseason.
Phil gave a hard fight for it, a few nail biting moments.

HTown wins

Respect to Philly, great team of sluggers, will be a force for some time.

Sign Peña to a long term contract now!!

Congrats to Mattress Mac and his $10M bet, paying $75M.

Congrats to Houston fans. The Phillies weren't ready and who knows if they get back anytime soon with how deep the NL is (and how many holes they have). This may have been a one year magical run like 93. We'll see.

I haven't watched a lot of baseball in recent years, just not enough hours in the day. But when did Pee Wee Herman start working games? If it's not Pee Wee, what kind of a pretentious guy wears a bow tie in a baseball dugout?

Thanks for the info. Just hadn't seen him before. But I'm pretty sure, there was a rule against a bow tie at a baseball game years ago... Big Grin

Have you not watched the MLB in the last 15 years?

He dresses like a dork, but he's a very good member of the broadcast lineup.

Dear Rob,

Shitcan Castellanos…

Shitcan Alvarado…he’s too inconsistent.

Shitcan most of the fucking bullpen…

Get a a real hitting coach and pitching coach…

Take the 100million you gave Castellanos and buy some decent fucking pitchers.

Leave your lineup where it is…you have the right players in the field…they have heart. They just need a next level hitting coach to get them consistent.

Oh, fix the fucking bullpen! Lol

I wasn't rooting for the Astros, but I'm happy for Baker. When he was the Cubs' manager, we used to say, "In Dusty, we trusty."

I believe the bowtie is in support of a different charity/org each night.
