Kurt Schlichter: Trump’s Way To Victory

“Ignore the battlefield prep from the mainstream media – Donald Trump is the odds-on favorite for reelection against whichever weirdo, loser or mutation the Democrats finally pick as their nominee. The leaked polls purportedly showing Trump deep underwater to Floppy Joe and Bernie Stalin and that has-been furry from Texas are about as reliable as the ones the placed Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit in the White House. She’s now stumbling around the woods guzzling from a queen-sized goblet of Trader Joe’s Chardonnay while The Donald is racking up the greatest streak of conservative victories since Ronald Reagan – maybe even Cal Coolidge…” Much more follows.

I'd like to hear from any Orlando area members on this one; they sound like a bunch of ate-up-with-TDS libtards here:

Our Orlando Sentinel endorsement for president in 2020: Not Donald Trump | Editorial
A couple comments. First, the Orlando Sentinel is not a 'major' anything anymore. Its a local rag on the verge of collapse. Its subscription base is about the size of the UCF college newspaper. The Star and National Enquirer has far more credibility than the O-Sentinel.

Second, this paper is owned by Tribune Publishing, so no great surprise on their bias and unprofessional behavior.

Before we start sending ordinance their way, I for one would like to see the complete documented flight path of the drone to verify it did 'not' enter Iranian space. I've become somewhat unwilling to take anyone's words for anything anymore without proof.

^^^ 100% VERIFICATION.

Then, inform those jackasses that since no one was harmed we will give them a break.

They pay 100x the cost of the drone into the U.S. treasury.

They apologize to the world in the next U.N. meeting.

They sign a full confession of conducting an act of war against the U.S.

Otherwise, all all options are on the table.

And just where will incontrovertible "proof" come from? I doubt that anyone but US forces was actually tracking that drone with the precision necessary, and you've already said you don't believe them.

“President Trump said the Department of Justice is working hard to determine whether or not U.S. Intelligence secretly monitored phone calls of the 2016 Trump campaign.

During an interview Wednesday, the president said “if they spied on my campaign it will be one of the greatest revelations in the history of this country”.

He went on to describe Democrats as “unhinged,” saying if his calls were tapped it would be the “ultimate” discovery.

“The fact is, they were spying on my campaign, using agencies, intelligence agencies to do it, going after Page and Papadopoulos and probably others,” explained the President. “We’re trying to find out whether or not they actually listened in on my calls…that would be the ultimate…I think if that happened, we’ll probably find out.”

The attorney general said the probe will look at whether surveillance of the Trump campaign was lawfully conducted. He’s working with the Intelligence community to get to the bottom of alleged misuse of the FISA process.”

Acting DHS Chief 'Sabotaged' ICE Raids By Leaking Plan To Washington Post

Since the Washington Post spoiled the surprise and published a report about the Trump Administration's plan to arrest thousands of migrant families who have been denied asylum - prompting the administration to cancel the raids - many have probably been wondering why somebody inside would break President Trump's longstanding policy of not telegraphing your moves in advance.

Well, now that question appears to have been answered by the Washington Examiner: The acting head of DHS, Kevin McAleenan, reportedly leaked the details of the operation (he traveled alongside the WaPo reporter who broke the story earlier this week) in what sources described as a deliberate attempt to sabotage the raids.

The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Who else want to watch a live Twitter feed from Trump during the Democratic debates? Big Grin

Pure awesomeness would be a certainty.

Also, on the economic front - my wife an I went to the San Diego City dump at Miramar on Sunday. We found out it's now closed on Sundays.

After calling the city this morning, my wife found out they began closing the dump on Sundays because, wait for it, employees began working elsewhere instead of working the dumps on Sundays. Seems the economy has become soooo good, even dump workers have raised their standards.

I don't think my wife's comment of "gotta love the Trump economy" was accepted very well by the city worker on the other end.

Stephanie Grisham, the top spokesperson for Melania Trump, has been selected as the new White House press secretary, the first lady announced Tuesday.

"She has been with us since 2015 - @potus & I can think of no better person to serve the Administration & our country. Excited to have Stephanie working for both sides of the @WhiteHouse," the first lady tweeted.

READ: Trump's full exclusive interview with The Hill
BY THE HILL STAFF - 06/25/19 12:25 PM EDT

The Hill > https://thehill.com/homenews/a...erview-with-the-hill
===========================================
There is much more in the interview - many subjects covered - this is just a sample:
=======================================

...."THE HILL: Mister President, you just said that, a military strike would’ve been disproportionate for downing an unmanned drone, so why even consider military action at all?

PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well I think we might need military action, we’ll see what happens. Today we did very heavy sanctions, Iran is not doing well. You know, when I was , first elected we came into office, Iran was a terror, they were all over. We had anywhere from fourteen to eighteen points of confliction, they were behind every single one of them, and all of a sudden it works out that now it’s , a little bit different, now they’re having riots, they’re having inflation at forty/forty-five percent, it’s very hard for them to do what they have to do. It’s , they’re pulling back all over and that’s sh- I’m saying that’s a good thing, not a bad thing. But we put additional sanctions on today, strong sanctions, we have strong sanctions. Their oil is way, way down and they’re having difficulty and they can be a very successful nation, they can be a tremendous nation immediately, can start tomorrow. Or they can , not do so well for a long number of years, and we’ll see what happens, but I hope , I hope they agree that you know they have great potential. I say that about North Korea, they’re, the relationship is very good, no nuclear testing, we got our as you know we got our hostages back , so many things have happened there, it was when I came in, that was looking like war, President Obama thought it was gonna be war. Okay, we had no relationship before I got here with North Korea, no relationship whatsoever, nuclear testing all over the place, ballistic missile testing, that was going to be a war. And now, it doesn’t feel that way. (Mm) We’ll see what happens, but it certainly doesn’t feel that way, the relationship is good, it’s a much different thing. I can say something on Iran, if it’s, it’s what we did with Iran where they’re screaming “Death to America” as they’re signing the document. They’re signing a document it was improperly done as far as Congress is concerned. You know when you talk about a treaty, that was not properly done, Congress never did what they were supposed to do. So it was a defective document, it was a ridiculous deal, a hundred and fifty billion dollars they were getting and one point eight billion in cash. And John Kerry, who by the way has totally violated the Logan Act, if you look at what he’s done, ‘cause he talks to them all the time, John and I’m sure he says, “Don’t make a deal, don’t make a deal.” Because maybe it look, makes them look better. Probably he says, “Wait till after the election. Because if Trump loses, you’ll deal with a stiff, you’ll deal with somebody that will give you everything, just like they did.” But John Kerry said that he intends that and he thinks the money will be used for terror. I don’t know if you remember that. But they asked him the question, “With all this money that you’re giving to Iran,” this was the number one nation of terror. They said, “Do you think the money will be used for terror?” He says, “Yeah, some of it’s gonna be used for terror.” Or something to that effect. That’s unbelievable. So it was a horrible deal, and the other thing, it comes due very shortly. So they have an absolute path to nuclear weapons, they can not have a nuclear weapon, and I don’t want them supporting terrorism. You know, I don’t know if you know what’s happened, but there’s been a lot less money going out to terror from Iran, because they don’t have so much money now. So we’ll see what happens, I hope it works out.".....

==========================================

....."THE HILL: So the FBI Director disagreed—he’s with disagreed with the Attorney General over spying, he said there was no spying on your campaign. What’s your confidence right now in the FBI Director?

PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, we’ll see how it turns out. I mean I, I disagree with him on that. I think a lot of people are disagreeing, you may even disagree with him on that, but, no I would disagree with him on that, respectfully.".....
