Same for me this evening! Yummy. First night back on the single malts in a while. Been on a HUGE gin & tonic kick last few weeks. So refreshing when it's hot.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Awwwwwww yeah, son! First Octoberfest of the year! Just as good as last year, but it's still too hot to truly appreciate an Octoberfest beer.

Let the hoarding commence! I just bought the last two 6 packs of Sam Adams at the liquor store, but they're expecting their second shipment next week, so I can stock up on several cases. I'll also be buying some cases of Ayinger, and a smattering of other German Octoberfest beers. Should tide me over for the fall and winter.

GWBiker - I expect we'll be seeing some photos of your stockpile before too long. Wink Have you taken delivery yet?

I had the Indra Kunindra curry beer. Tasted like curry but not like beer. Not an $11 experience.

I await the call from the owner of my local State store.
The distributor contacts him when they're accepting orders.
I'm oiling the wheels on my rolling pallet tomorrow in anticipation!!!
