Guess he was here in Raleigh, NC today promoting... himself as usual, and got a few minutes on the local news. What an arrogant little sh*t..... I would have immediately changed channels, but at that moment, I was attempting to wrap some birthday presents for the wife, which doesn’t usually go very well anyway, so trying to hold the paper and tape... could not get to the remote.

I doubt it. I suspect that subject was never discussed in class, given the competence of most History/Civics teachers today. flashguy Texan by choice, not accident of birth

Point of order on this Hogg kid. He's claiming to be a victim, one of the masses that have to cower in fear, but isn't this the kid who wasn't even there that day and rode his bike with his camera to take pictures when he heard about it? If so, wasn't he in school? No. I wish this asinine argument would stop, I’m convinced that CBS spliced that clip just to start this false story and people fell for it, making the rest of our arguments suspect if we are unhinged enough to believe he wasn’t there. Full story: he was there during the shooting, AFTER being evacuated and sent home he “jumped on his bike and rode to the school” to film and interview others. And yes, he is an asshole.

Lawsuit against the school and the intimidation that this kid faced from this typical liberal freak out. Since when does a school have a right to interrogate a kid about something that he did LEGALLY after school hours? Especially a school with policies enacted with law enforcement that prevent any action against students. They should blow this facade wide open. New report says that Broward's Cowards (Broward Co. deputies) hid behind cars and trees while the shooter was inside the school. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018...ool-report-says.html The deputies who were among the first to arrive to the scene of the Florida school massacre were found cowering behind their cars and a nearby tree and had no idea where the gunman was, according to an official report released Tuesday. The report from Coral Springs Officer Bryan Wilkins details how he arrived at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School within minutes of the active shooter alert -- only to find Broward County Sheriff's Officers hadn't entered the school, but were instead taking cover. "I saw approximately four Broward County Sheriff's Office vehicles parked in the west bound lane with their personnel taking up exterior positions behind their vehicles," Wilkins wrote. "I drove up just west of the campus building 1200, exited my vehicle, grabbed my AR-15 rifle and donned on my tactical/medical gear. As I was advancing on foot through the chain-link fence, I was advised by an unknown BSO Deputy taking cover behind a tree, 'he is on the third floor.'" Wilkins added he was joined by two others officers to enter the building, where he saw the dead and wounded. The police officer's report was first revealed by the Miami Herald. Seventeen people were killed in the Valentine’s Day shooting, during which alleged gunman Nicholas Cruz opened fire and then fled five minutes before officers went into the building. In the wake of the shooting, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office received heavy criticism for its handling of the situation, including the actions of Scot Peterson, the school’s resource officer, who stood outside the building as the attack unfolded. The former deputy denied wrongdoing and retired from the office before an investigation was launched. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office released footage of the shooting that showed Peterson spending most of the time during the shooting standing outside the school with his gun drawn. The report released Tuesday indicates it wasn't just Peterson that couldn't find Cruz, as Wilkins noted in his report the other officers at the scene couldn't locate where the shooting took place. Meanwhile, school safety issues are being revealed, too. The Broward Sheriff's Office told the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission at its first meeting on Tuesday that teachers couldn't lock their classroom doors from the inside as they tried to lock down their students on Feb. 14. Instead, teachers had to open their doors and use a key to lock them from the outside. The doors also had small windows, which allowed Cruz to fire into the locked classrooms. Broward sheriff's radios were also not on the same channel as Coral Springs police, the two primary agencies that responded, officials said Tuesday. Attempts to merge the radio channels failed, which prevented the two departments from sharing information. Coral Springs and Broward are also on separate 911 systems and calls were coming into both, the commission heard. Keep holding your breath. He also hasn't challenged the administration and local LEO on their policies that allowed the incident to happen in the first place. And now another student who is pro-2A and posted vids from visiting shooting range with his dad has been questioned by the Sheriffs dept about his activities. From the Daily Wire BREAKING: Anti-Gun Control Parkland Survivor Kyle Kashuv Questioned By School Security For Visiting Gun Range With His Father Kyle Kashuv/Twitter ByDaily Wire April 23, 2018 On Friday, Parkland survivor Kyle Kashuv went to the gun range to learn to fire a gun for the first time, alongside his father. He tweeted this: According to Kyle, “My dad was there and I shot with an AR-15. After, I posted a few pictures and videos.” Kashuv was quickly called out for visiting a gun range and posting about it by a variety of other students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. But that wasn’t the end of the story. When Kyle went to school today, his principal informed him that other students had been upset by his posts, but that he hadn’t done anything wrong. But according to Kyle, in the middle of the morning, events took a different turn: Near the end of third period, my teacher got a call from the office saying I need to go down and see a Mr. Greenleaf. I didn’t know Mr. Greenleaf, but it turned out that he was an armed school resource officer. I went down and found him, and he escorted me to his office. Then a second security officer walked in and sat behind me. Both began questioning me intensely. First, they began berating my tweet, although neither of them had read it; then they began aggressively asking questions about who I went to the range with, whose gun we used, about my father, etc. They were incredibly condescending and rude. Then a third officer from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office walked in, and began asking me the same questions again. At that point, I asked whether I could record the interview. They said no. I asked if I had done anything wrong. Again, they answered no. I asked why I was there. One said, “Don’t get snappy with me, do you not remember what happened here a few months ago?” They continued to question me aggressively, though they could cite nothing I had done wrong. They kept calling me “the pro-Second Amendment kid.” I was shocked and honestly, scared. It definitely felt like they were attempting to intimidate me. I was treated like a criminal for no reason other than having gone to the gun range and posted on social media about it. Here is a copy of the note provided to The Daily Wire by Kashuv. schoolnote.jpg The Daily Wire has reached out to school administration and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office for comment. This story will be updated as more details are known. You'll have to go to the original story to see the tweets. This is what passes for thought and logic in our local progressive fishwrap. Its painful to read but you get insight into the pathological liberal mindset: https://www.floridatoday.com/s...really-wa/540035002/ ) "Let me say upfront that I'm just asking questions because I'm curious why Brevard County is different compared to other large counties in the state. What sets us apart in the gun debate? It's obvious an unarmed man, such as Shaw, would be outgunned by a shooter with a high-powered weapon, in this case another AR-15. What seems lost is that anyone carrying a small handgun would be outgunned, too. Why does asking more people to carry guns in more places seem the answer to everything in Brevard? Are our politicians so pro-gun because our community is? Or is it just the opposite: Is our community following the lead of popular politicians? Email me and let me know what you think, because I really would like to know what drives the culture of guns in our county. Gabordi is executive editor of FLORIDA TODAY. Wow, I wonder if I can pre-order one Parkland student activist David Hogg used a tweet Monday to announce that his gun control book, Never Again, will be released on June 5. On April 19 Breitbart News reported Hogg’s announcement that he and his sister, Lauren, were writing the book about gun control movement which sprang from the Parkland attack. Entertainment Weekly reported that David and Lauren “have been leaders in the gun control movement that took shape among students, in the aftermath of the Parkland shooting.” The siblings’ book “will explore their efforts taking on some of the most powerful forces in Washington and beyond, and will detail their commitment to new legislation aiming to prevent future tragedies.” David used an April 23 tweet to announce that the book will be out on June 5: http://www.breitbart.com/big-g...or-gun-control-book/
