Lindy Li, good stuff. Says Harris was talking on the phone with these donors after her loss about her "Thanksgiving recipe". WOW she still doesn't get it.

Great vid Grumpy1, they're still $20million in debt from their wasteful spending (but at least they didn't forcebly drag us into it this time), but I suspect that Al Sharpton won't give his $500,000 back nor will Oprah give her $2.5 million back. Those who were dumb enough to toss money down that horrific rathole deserve to lose it is my view.

I'm greatful and feel blessed that we dodged this bullet, and haven't forgotten that 4 years back we dodged the worst supreme court nomination choice ever in Merrick Garland.

Yes, the Democrats want her to go away. John Morgan of Morgan and Morgan attorneys and a major Democratic donor declared that Barron Trump is smarter than Kamala, that she has no talent, and that she can't run again because everyone recognizes it now and she won't get any donor support. He said that he's out and has switched his Florida voter registration to Independent because the Democrats have gone so far left. Here's the interview from Fox:

Edit: sorry, effort to embed video didn't work. Also, para's post at the bottom of page 107 has a similar take on John Morgan's thoughts with Chris Cuomo. I searched for the Fox post but didn't see that one.

After the final second has ticked, and the stands are empty, and the grounds crew is out doing their work on the field, you think the game is still on. And that you are winning.

That's what alcohol will do.

Ms. Li certainly seems dialed in, obviously she held little sway with the Harris campaign and the DNC. Thankful today for that.

With all due respect to the 23 year olds on the forum, you do not have enough life experience to run a presidential campaign.

And also with respect, if you live your life in a GDC echo chamber you never will have the chops to run a free and open contest.

At the end of the last 3 pages of this thread the thing that stands out is the DNC was lying to everyone. The people, their supporters, their donors, and even themselves.

Plain and simple, she is an idiot who thought she did everything right and deserved the win "just because" and the supporters, apparently thought the same.

There could be serious backlash here, they blew a LOT of money and it wasn't their money. I have a feeling a comeuppance is on the horizon. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if a few of the larger donors didn't request an audit.

If I donated a sizable sum to someone and even had an slight idea that it had been spent frivolously, there would be some serious explanation coming my way in very short order.

I'd be surprised if any really big money did that. They're rich so they don't make mistakes and if they do they are small ones and if isn't small it still isn't enough to admit that they got had, handled, stiffed, screwed, hosed for $Large. They knew it all the time or they were going to give 10x that much but saw the grift, backed away and went to Cabo for clean air and global cooling.

My bet is they will simmer and say nothing. If I'm wrong I'm not going to admit it either.

All that fundraising indicated momentum, energy, impending victory. If you could win by wishing it.

We just drove across the Willie Brown Bridge going into San Francisco.

I asked my liberal daughter “Where is Kamala?”

She did not appreciate it.

A whole under the table economy, a black market of influence, maybe like mafia accounting practices. Makes sense. I never heard a general ledger chart of accounts record called influence expense.
