Well, I might wish it had been loaded if it weren't for the risk to the cops and prison guys who had to process him.

Either way, for $100? I'd go ahead and let it go since the kid let it go the way he did. I just wouldn't be willing to pick it up out of the guy's boxers after he drunk-crapped himself.

BTW, does anyone know whether the prison or somebody would clean it up before putting it in an evidence bag? Or would the owner just have to pick it up, you know, in the bag?
