Well, this from page 10:
This dude is going down. He sent "white powder" through the mail that was meant to look like a dangerous substance? Yeah, good luck, pal. Kim Foxx is the Cook County States Attorney. She runs the office that the charges go through to be approved. Very black Very Democratic Very liberal Very pandering to all the "too many black and brown people in jail" Very useless too... You need an act of God, a hand written note from your dead grandma, full HD video & audio of the crime and confession, and a hand written note confessing said crime in iambic pentameter in order to get charges approved thru her office. She's happy that the Feds are looking at this case. The Offender is a black gay man... Basically untouchable in her book. Like Klusk said, if the Feds take it, they take on the cost, as well as the credit. Kim will be (happily) able to say "I didn't prosecute this case". She "recused" herself from the case basically means she's walking way from it for some reason. ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. As much as I'm probably going to get bashed on here for this, I'll say it anyway: My hat is off to Jussie Smolette! He's the ONLY American known to scam TWO Niegerians! ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. From her Official web page: "In her first year in office, Kim has already undertaken substantial reform. She has revamped the office’s Conviction Integrity Unit, resulting in overturned convictions in over 20 cases, including the first-ever mass exoneration in Cook County for 15 men whose convictions stemmed from misconduct by a Chicago Police Officer. She has been a leader in bond reform, instructing prosecutors to agree to recognizance bonds where appropriate, and reviewing bond decisions in cases where people are detained because they are unable to pay bonds of $1,000 or less. Kim has taken the lead on prioritizing resources away from low-level offenses, including raising the threshold for approving felony charges for retail theft to $1,000, and declining to prosecute misdemeanor traffic offenses for failure to pay tickets and fines." Says a lot, doesn't it........... Remember, this is all supposed to be for fun...................

Wait, what? |
I don’t know about this. Maybe if the feds never got involved. Using the mail to send a threatening letter laced with a suspicious white powder is a game changer. This is technically a terrorist threat and the democrats are not in charge in Washington. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

Coming soon to a DEM-controlled hellhole near you. There is almost literally a common playbook that many of the "big city" elected prosecutors are using. I say "almost literally" because I don't know for a fact that there's an actual "book" but there certainly are conferences, meetings, and workgroups. Almost line-for-line this is what Krasner is doing in Philadelphia, in New Jersey (where county prosecutors aren't elected, they're appointed by the governor) with AG Grewal-- who's also "leading the state resistance against the Trumop agenda" in addition to running the AG's Office, in California, ad nauseum. The plan is to decriminalize "survival crimes", eliminate bail or lockup for low-end crimes (because they disproportionately jail poor black- or brown-folk) and hope that something good will spring from it. Well, it does, from their perspective. But not if you have to actually live in one of those places where theft of your stuff is tolerated, transients pissing on your front door are tolerated, etc.

slight thread drift There is a reason why these liberal prosecuting attorneys are becoming common from 2016 https://www.politico.com/story...ustice-reform-227519 Democratic mega-donor George Soros has directed his wealth into an under-the-radar 2016 campaign to advance one of the progressive movement’s core goals — reshaping the American justice system. The billionaire financier has channeled more than $3 million into seven local district-attorney campaigns in six states over the past year — a sum that exceeds the total spent on the 2016 presidential campaign by all but a handful of rival super-donors. His money has supported African-American and Hispanic candidates for these powerful local roles, all of whom ran on platforms sharing major goals of Soros’, like reducing racial disparities in sentencing and directing some drug offenders to diversion programs instead of to trial.

Happening in Denver Colorado (city/county limits). In May, the voters will have a chance to vote if "camping on public property" can be removed from being a crime (i.e. allow homeless people to sleep in parks, sidewalks, etc). Luckily, the Dems here didn't have enough support for the nations first "legal drug shoot up location", which was proposed to be a place to legally do drugs (clean needles, medical help, etc.) to "mimimize deaths caused by overdoses". Anything from Cherry Hills/Greenwood Village (south suburbs) all the way to just outside of Pueblo is Trump country, but population is less dense than the actual Denver city limits so we didn't have the pull. Oh, and the voters voted in a PROFESSOR of law from CU Boulder (a dem) with NO COLORADO COURT EXPERIENCE as the ATTORNEY GENERAL (very little real experience) over George Brauchler, who prosecuted the Aurora theater case. I agree with this, he's fucked. These people doing this fake hate crime stuff have serious mental issues. And the media so wanted all this to be true. Donald Trump is not a politician, he is a leader, politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless.

https://www.foxnews.com/entert...and-jury-sources-say Chicago police have acknowledged to Fox News that presenting Smollett’s case to a grand jury or prosecutors is an option the department can pursue. They say they’re giving Smollett a “responsible” amount of time to respond to the department's request for a follow-up interview. A Smollett rep told Fox News that Smollett did not talk to Chicago police on Monday or Tuesday.

more drama https://www.cbsnews.com/news/j...ab7e&linkId=63839517 CBS News has learned that a last-minute phone call may have saved "Empire" star Jussie Smollett from potentially being indicted A source close to the investigation tells CBS News the brothers were set to appear in front of a grand jury Tuesday. But CBS News correspondent Dean Reynolds reports those plans were abruptly scrapped after a "Hail Mary" call from Smollett's defense team. CBS News has learned that Nigerian brothers Ola and Abel Osundairo were waiting outside the grand jury chambers, just minutes from testifying, when prosecutors got the call from Smollett's lawyers. It's unclear what the defense said, but the Cook County state's attorney decided to postpone the brothers' testimony, which would have been the first step toward indicting the 36-year-old actor for filing a false police report. Smollett has repeatedly denied staging the attack. According to a source close to the investigation, after the brothers told police they conspired with Smollett, his lawyers told police he would not do a follow-up interview. About a dozen search warrants have now been issued, including ones for Smollett's financial and phone records, and detectives are waiting for those records to come back. The Osundairos told detectives they conspired with Smollett in the fake January 29 attack.
