I don't believe the Justices "lied under oath" (an accusation based on their tacit acceptance of "stare decisis")--that principle is a useful one, but it is not ironclad. There have been many prior decisions of the Supreme Court that have in later years been overturned. A few notable examples:
1. Plessy v. Ferguson (1896), overturned by Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka (1954).
2. Wolf v. Colorado (1949), overruled by Mapp v. Ohio (1961).
3. Crocker v. California (1958) annd Cicenia v. Lagay (1958), overturned by Miranca v. Arizona (1966).

There have been many others. That being the case, even a statement supporting "stare decises" is only a general support, noting that there have been (and probably will be) situations where former rulings are set aside.

Impeaching justices, packing the court, calling them "illegitimate". There was a time when such things would never be said, because the rebuke from party and Congressional leadership would have been sharp and severe.

If this court is illegitimate, then their decision in 2020 to extend workplace discrimination protections to LGBT people is illegitimate and should be set aside. Same justices except RBG was still alive and ACB wasn't nominated yet.

And the decision to allow vaccine mandates for gov't employees and medicare/medicaid medical workers was illegitimate.

For years conservatives watched liberal courts make a mockery of the constitution, but never called for packing the court or impeach justices.

One thing the two decisions last week points it with absolute clarity is the partisanship of the liberal justices and the ends justifying the means, vs. rational legal analysis and decisions.
