Get my pies outta the oven!
| Phillies crushed the Diamondbacks on Tuesday night 10-0 Now they will do it again in AZ two more times I predict and may be a rematch of last year for the WS: Phillies vs Astros

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne
"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24 |

| I don’t watch MLB much anymore, but I do like to track what’s happening. This afternoon I turned on the Astros/Rangers game. Dusty Baker. He’s started his career in MLB 55 years ago in 1968 with the Atlanta Braves. He played until 1986 with the Braves, Dodgers, Giants and A’s respectively. He began managing in 1993 with the Giants, then Cubs, Reds, Nationals, and now in Houston with the Astros, 30 years later. There have been others with long playing and managing careers, Casey Stengal and Tommy Lasorda immediately come to mind, but that’s a remarkable career in baseball by any standard. He’s 74 years old.

Two down, two to go.
Two down, one to go. That was a thriller.

| Some fireworks there! Texas HR to go ahead, a 97 MPH hit batter, a mini-brawl, a few ejections, then another final HR to go ahead and WIN it for the Astros. |

| I wish I could be happy for Houston but the cheating bullshit soured me. McGwire, Sosa, Bonds, Rodriguez, Braun… Lie, cheat and claim a trophy for it. Then go crying on tv apologizing. What a disgusting display. I like Verlander but if you can’t prove to me that he didn’t know what was going on, then screw him too. |

| Phillies still have a chance. Texas is facing elimination so tatortodd might be one happy camper tomorrow. I don’t think anyone was expecting a short series American or National. |

We still have some life left yet! Now, let’s see how these Arizona guys are at our ballpark where we are as loud as shit and fired up! The umpires were horrible tonight, almost like they were working for the Diamondbacks the entire night. It’s not enough that our team has to beat the other team it’s like we have to beat these umpires too.
