I don't post much but do read and enjoy this forum daily.
IMHO, one of the highest compliments that can be said about a leader is that his shop/organization runs well in his absence. If so, he has set it up correctly and given his team the vision, rules, tools and the ability to think on their feet.

That this Forum is running so well in Para's absence is a testament to his having done all of the above.

Here's wishing to his and all of our well being in the new year.
