I'd never actually heard of this one...Looked it up on youtube and.....holy smokes! You take a semi-auto rifle and press the bullet button with the tip of a bullet to convert the rifle to fully automatic. Outstanding! I love when he says the San Bernadino shooters tried it, but luckily it didn't work this time.

The good stuff starts at about :56

Fake news at its finest! Completely bogus, said with authority and a straight face.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Just remembered years ago the late Sen.Moynihan had this epiphany- instead of banning guns, ban ammo. No ammo would render guns useless.

That would probably work for rimfires, but I guess he had no clue how easy it is to reload. And to cast bullets.

As Chris Plante (local conservative radio guy) likes to say,"what liberals can't control they want to mandate. And what they can’t mandate they want to ban."

Any version/variation of banning guns or making them harder for law abiding citizens to get one will stop or decrease gun violence.

You have to live in California. It's a bullet button. It goes in place of the mag release on a AR-15 type so that the use of a tool is needed to release the magazine. The tool can be a bullet, a punch, small screwdriver. These were installed to avoid having the weapon meet the definition of an assault rifle with too many evil features. Nobody in their right mind would inflict that on thenselves.

I was tempted to remove the one on mine as I crossed the bridge into Arizona, but thought all that going on while careening along the interstate eastbound might attract negative attention.

Jarrett's performance is a good reminder that these performers can read a script written by total morons with complete confidence, so you have to maintain a certain scepticism at all times.

Tucson City Council member (female); "We need to ban military grade hollow point ammunition".

I asked her if she ever heard of the Hague Convention of 1899 regarding ammunition use by belligerents at war.

I got a blank stare from her.

Then to compound the condescension, this was their come-back:

“The Congresswoman has been working on a high-capacity assault magazine ban for years, and has been deeply involved in the issue; she simply misspoke in referring to ‘magazines’ when she should have referred to ‘clips,’ which cannot be reused because they don’t have a feeding mechanism,” Johnson said. “Quite frankly, this is just another example of opponents of common-sense gun violence prevention trying to manipulate the facts to distract from the critical issue of keeping our children safe and keeping killing machines out of the hands of disturbed individuals. It’s more political gamesmanship that stands in the way of responsible solutions.”

I was in a church, in a Bible study. A woman told me that the blood of Sandy Hook was on my hands merely because I owned an AR-15! We REALLY had a discussion then! Never mind that I have owned said AR since 1981!

Gravity kills & injures more than hands and feet, I always ask if we should ban that first.
