That court is in Alexandria, VA, IIRC. I had federal jury duty there once. Same judge as in the Paul Manafort case.

Negative, I was thinking how good it would be for him with charges no-one in the DC justice system cares about or would convict him of. So he'll get off somewhere between easy or completely, followed by a bunch of attaboy parties for beating the man, enjoying a fat Govt. executive retirement, a book deal, all kinds of talk shows, maybe get on the View, all sorts of cool DC stuff. A very bight end for the bubble man.

It seems there could be more effective charges, something along the lines of trying to destroy another person's freedom and livelihood based on pure lies and collusion, or destroying trust in the FBI for a generation, something along those lines.

Since the Democrats were so creating bringing false charges based on falsehoods, maybe it's time for some charges from Republicans based on facts. But lying to Congress seems more like a traffic ticket for illegal parking to me.
