Of course arresting BLM terrorists at riots is much more dangerous. Of course arresting soccer moms and concerned parents at school board meetings is much more safe.

That is why they do one and not the other.

Here is the original video from the original source posted on Twitter. The OP's video has been duplicated from Twitter and posted on YouTube yesterday. No idea of the Twitter and YT account owners are the same people.

To find it, all I did was search on "East Ghost Reports." The Twitter account was the first item listed and the video is at the top of the feed (it is pinned), dated Dec. 16 and referencing Dec. 15 in the text of the tweet.

Exactly how many soccer moms at school board meetings have been physically arrested and what was the outcome of those charges?

Thanks!

Now it just leaves me wondering if the two mom's and kids were protesting or just trying to eat dinner. I guess it doesn't really matter if the restaurant asked them to leave.

Good for those people for fighting back. If nothing else it makes NYPD look bad and NYC policies look stupid.

How about this one example. Its a duesy.

Source: Foxnews.com: Loudoun County father arrested at school board event says school tried to cover up daughter's bathroom assault

A parent who was arrested during a June school board meeting in Loudoun County, Virginia, is accusing the district of trying to cover up an alleged bathroom sexual assault by a gender-fluid individual against his daughter in order to further its transgender rights agenda.

Scott Smith was found guilty of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in August after he was filmed being dragged by police from the Loudoun County School Board meeting on June 22. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, contingent on a year of good behavior, Loudoun Now reported at the time.

Smith’s image went viral among left-wingers as an example of parents run amok, and the National School Boards Association cited his arrest in a letter last week requesting the Department of Justice to provide federal law enforcement to respond to an increase in violence against school officials across the country. Attorney General Merrick Garland later pledged to have the Department of Justice and the FBI investigate harassment of school board members.

Now, Smith says there’s much more to his story, telling The Daily Wire that his behavior at the June 22 meeting stemmed from an incident weeks earlier at his ninth-grade daughter’s school, Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, in which he said a boy wearing a skirt entered the girls’ bathroom and assaulted his daughter on May 28.

"We can confirm a May 28, 2021 case that involved a thorough 2-month-long investigation that was conducted to determine the facts of the case prior to arrest," the sheriff’s office told Fox News. "This case is still pending court proceedings. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is not able to provide any documents that pertain to a pending case." The sheriff's office confirmed that the case involved sexual assault.

All juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that the boy was subsequently charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.

In response to a public records request by The Daily Wire, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a May 28 report with "Offense: Forcible Sodomy [and] Sexual Battery" at Stone Bridge High School does exist.

The suspect was arrested two months later following an investigation by the sheriff's office.

Minutes before Smith’s arrest at the June 22 board meeting, Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) Superintendent Scott Ziegler declared that "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," and that to his knowledge, "we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms," The Daily Wire reported.

Smith told the outlet that he flew into a rage at the meeting after Ziegler's comments, and after a local progressive activist said she did not believe his daughter’s story.

"If someone would have sat and listened for 30 seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken," Lancaster, Smith's attorney, told The Daily Wire.

On Aug. 11, nearly two months after Smith’s arrest, the school board voted to approve its transgender rights policy, which requires teachers to call students by the pronouns they identify with and requires bathroom renovations in order to make them more private.

Smith said he received a letter before the vote informing him he was banned from the school board building.

Then on Oct. 6, the sheriff’s office said a 15-year-old boy was charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School in Ashburn. In an Oct. 7 press release, the sheriff's office said the suspect forced a female victim into an empty classroom where he held her against her will and inappropriately touched her.

The outlet, citing a government official, reported that the boy accused in the Broad Run case had the same name as the student who allegedly assaulted Smith's daughter.

Lancaster, Smith's attorney, also told the outlet the suspect in the Oct. 6 incident was the same boy who allegedly attacked Smith’s daughter.

Since then the teenage sexual predator was convicted of the crimes in both cases. Source

And now that is mostly out in the open, Buta Biberaj the Commonwealth's Attorney for Loudoun County (who was elected because George Soros threw a couple of hundred grand into her campaign) REFUSED to petition the court to expunge Mr. Smith's arrest. Hell she hasn't even said there was any miscarriage of justice against him.

Parents were the target of doxxing campaigns orchestrated by Loudoun County School Board (LCSB) members. Those same members also had a Facebuok group where they were seeking information that could be used against activist and vocal parents.

This is also the same school system that steadfastly denies integrating and teaching the so-call "Critical Race Theory" bullshit, despite being confronted by CRT materials with LCPS official letterhead and staff training materials. This is why there are multiple recall ballots being worked.

My point is this shit is happening. Get your head out of the ground and see it for what it is.

That's one, and barely related to civil rights. And what was his original charge for? Disrupting a lawful meeting?

Your source does not state how many were arrested at school board meetings. So far as I know, that number is still ZERO.

Thanks for proving my point, that there are not wholesale arrests of anybody at school board meetings, while over 14,000 arrests have been made at BLM/ANTIFA protests.

But you forgot this little tidbit!!!! More than half of the law enforcement agencies said local district attorneys declined to prosecute those cases.

"In some instances, prosecutors refused to charge those arrested for felony crimes committed during the protests despite the availability of video evidence and suspect confessions," the report said.

How is that the fault of the police? We just catch them, we don't clean them. The originating point of the thread, which has changed several times, is that the police were arresting people arbitrarily.

The police aren't elected, prosecutors are. If people don't like the way cases are handled post arrest, they'll get rid of the prosecutor. I've seen it happen first hand.

The point I rebutted was that no arrests were being made of BLM protesters, which is demonstrably false.

The Police (NYPD) were arresting Undocumented Americans who did not have or would not show their COVID vaccine papers in a public restaurant.

Been a few drifts, but the thread has not lost sight of this.

In the 60’s the Police rightfully let the black protesters sit at the Woolworth’s Lunch bar.
In 2021 the Police cuff and stuff those protesting in a similar manner, yet for a different civil right.

In the 60’s the Police understood the proper course of action was to let them sit.
Which is vastly different than letting protesters burn and loot businesses.

Revisit the way the police handled protests in the 60s. It was the age of fire hoses, riot guns, axe handles and dogs. You're cherry-picking your fantasies.

And there was plenty of burning and looting to go around, Detroit, Chicago and Watts to name a few.

Not sure where you're from, but you take that attitude into a restaurant or anywhere else down here and you will generate a response and outcome you do 'not' want. Never forget, NYC is liberal central (i.e. meaning they are conditioned to bend to authoritarianism), but most parts of the country aren't going to put up with this behavior from 'their' police. And also remember, the people on this board commenting negatively about the cops in this case are the same ones who have gone to bat in support of the police 99% of the time. IMO, many police departments across the country are digging their own graves with the very people who's support they need to maintain at all costs.

My reference was to a specific event from the 60’s.

Based on your comments can we accurately speculate that, had you been an officer responding to Woolworths in the 60’s, you would have arrested the Greensboro 4?

Unrelated to the thread topic.
Although thinking about your comment, “It was the age of fire hoses, riot guns, axe handles and dogs.”.

Perhaps that would have been appropriate when businesses were being looted and burned.
But nope the public was not protected adequately cities burned, and one had riots continuing every single night.
Yep Policing was a failure in 2020 is my assessment.

Now mind you this is a Law Enforcement friendly crowd in this forum.
Nearly all here support law enforcement, yet many are veterans, who take destruction of Our Country and demolishment of Our Freedoms as an attack on our values and the Country we served to defend.
