I don’t work out of an office so I’m on the road all day. Anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours and 15 minutes one way. I put 51,000 miles on my Honda in the past year.

All you jerks working from home it's not fair. I need to figure out how to telecommute while doing electrical repairs.

Used to be 20 minutes down a canyon with maybe 3 or 4 other cars. Been working from home (IT) for 3 years now.

I estimate my commute to be about 90 seconds. From my upstairs bedroom to the coffee pot in the kitchen.

My new job is about 45 minutes to 1 hour each way.
The timing varies wildly based on the traffic, but I am just happy to have a job again.

That's pretty close to me. I can do it in 27 minutes if I'm early enough or late enough and don't hit the wrong traffic light.

I do get to work from home occassionally.

It's all relative. Try commuting to Lagos, Kabul, or Hong Kong.
