Nope! we had a 2001 Audi A6 Avant. I loved that car. Even with the 2.8L 6, my wife loved to pull out quick from stoplights. The looks on the faces of the punks in their rice burner, fart canned, pieces of...

I would love to get a hold of an Audi RS6 Avant.

This, or an RS4...with 3 pedals.
I'd keep that car forever.

I had the 2.8 in my A4 and while not blazing fast it moved nicely. I had Koni Coilovers and dropped about 2” man that thing was nasty in the turns.

Rumor is that North Carolina asphalt is tough on tires - something about the type of rock they use in the asphalt.

I love the Golf Sportwagon, its just a bit small for me. However, if Volkswagen would import the Sportwagon R to the US (300hp+ and AWD), I think one of those would be hard to say no to.

Great cars, I have owned a few. One thing to be aware of, the 350 AMG has AMG styling, but it is not a true AMG.
Any Mercedes that is a true AMG will only have two digits in the model name, and that’s even been bastardized with the new 43AMG line, as it’s not a hand built engine from the AMG builders.

That said, I love the wagons. The E63 Wagon has been a favorite of mine for ages.

I bought the Dodge Magnum RT the first year they came out with the MB 500 transmission in it

a few mods..SRT8 exhaust cat back with 10db glass packs resonator delete and a diablo programer (scary fast with 93 octane program, would break tires loose at 65 if I got into it hard)

one of my favorite cars I've ever had

Always wondered why BMW didn't do an M-class wagon.

Am I crazy to drive a German mom mobile, or this thing does escape the mom mobile stigma!

Okay, so this is how I read it...
Teach me a bit here. Isn’t this an E350 with an AMG package, but not an actual AMG model like the E63? Just curious.

Oh, and I really like it. Same thing with me as well, my wife would hate it.

Edit... I see beancooker covered it earlier this page.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

They also made about 1,000 E34 M Wagons. They bring big money now!

Yes, when I was driving a 1994 850 Turbo in '06-'10, my time was constantly spent improving and researching the car while looking at the wagon counterpart. Also the V70 T5 and R models.

Great 'Benz! They've come a long way since my time doing grunt work in a foreign car shop!

Ditto. My brother had the sedan version but all the reviewers said the wagon was the one to get. I've had SUV's the last thirty years or so but now have an Outback, which is essentially a wagon. I like it.

I like them. I had a Mazda 3 hatchback with a stick and their peppy engine for about a year before I finally gave up and bought my Jeep.

Not sure why I like them. Just look sleek. Wife thinks I'm nuts lol
