According to this it's pretty much neck and neck with Tester having a 0.3% lead. However, Rosendale has been coming from behind and closing the gap all evening. Hopefully he will boot Tester's ass out of that seat.

Lost Nevada. Hopefully we can make it up up here.

Arizona is too damn close, too. That race between the Democrat, Krusty Semen and the Republican, Martha McSally is literal down to the wire.

I thought Abrams is pulling an Al Gore and refusing to concede, which will result in a runoff election.

Kemp is over 50%, she is only at 48.

She's just trying to figure out how to cheat at the moment.

The voting felons amendment will pass, so 1.6 million more voters. That'll probably tip the scales the wrong way.

There are 1.6 million felons in FL?

That's what's being reported. It's a bit disturbing.

Yeah with 1.5 million Florida felons now allowed to vote, that's the 2-3% that the democrats will get and will solidly put Florida in the democrats camp starting in 2020... It will probably be hard to win elections now in Florida.

Just because a proposal passes on the ballot doesn't necessarily mean it will be so, does it? Can't the state congress override such a vote?

I believe constitutional amendments in Florida are a done deal if passed by the voters. It takes another amendment to change.

Ah, it's a constitutional amendment and not simply a proposition. Got it.

Waking up to bad news here in Wisconsin, where we did have something of a blue wave with Tammy Baldwin winning and Scott Walker losing. Mad

Also, regarding the subpoena power of the House. Didn't Eric Holder demonstrate that you just lie and obfuscate, and there will be no repercussions? Congressional censure. Pffft!! So what. I don't know why the administration should be worried about anything the House does. Obama showed us the way.

Yup I'm not worried about "investigations" or subpoenas at all. Just do what the left has been doing for two years - ignore them. They subpoena records? Don't give them shit. They call on you to testify? Go and plead the fifth. Seems to be working well for the DOJ and the FBI.

The best thing is keeping the senate. Keep confirming judges and fire that cowardly excuse for an AG. Now that the house investigation into the most corruption our government has ever seen will end we need an AG who is willing to carry it on.

It's not official yet, but the margin is about 2% outside the recount range. They were up really late in Milwaukee stuffing ballot boxes to get it over the margin the Dems needed. No joke, over 40K "absentee ballots" came in at 1:30am.

NYT reports that GA has 100% in

Kemp is at 50.5%
Abrams at 48.6%

In GA the winner needs 50% to win. Otherwise there is a runoff between the top two

So if all the votes are in, Kemp is just barely over 50%

Once again, in a very tight race, we have a Libertarian with 0.9% of the vote

I thought I heard Georgia has all the precincts reported, but they are still counting absentee ballots? Seems like it's got to be close to being over.

I'll bet they did. There's always a trunk full of ballots lying around when the Dems need them.

Well Minnesota's 6th (where I live) and 8th districts went Republican but the rest of the state is a fucking disaster as usual. The 5th district went for the young Muslim bat shit crazy woman who married her brother by over 30 points!

And Keith Ellison won. I may have to consider moving. Fortunately I live in the more sane northern part of the state but I'm going to get touched by the insane policies that are going to be implemented by these socialist fools who keep getting elected by the metro fools! Mad
