Any non-chocolate cake with tons of fruits on top.

Oh, and Happy Birthday, Bob. Sneaky devil, he just buried that "birthday" thing right in the middle of the post. Razz

^^ That reminds me of a Hawaiian wedding cake a girlfriend made for me. She made it for me and my roommate but I ate the whole thing (Hell, I was her boyfriend).
Before you judge me, you didn't taste this cake. But then, neither did my roommate.

Happy Birthday!

V-Tail, my grandmother made the same cake. It’s still my favorite.

Carrot cake with nuts, raisins, and butter cream icing. That is my hands down favorite, but a dark chocolate and raspberry cake is up there.

I am not much of a sweets eater so I really don’t have a favorite cake, but yours looks tasty. I just wanted to say Happy Birthday Bob!!! I hope you enjoyed your day!

As a type 2 diabetic I don’t eat much cake these days. However my favorite cake has always been yellow cake and chocolate icing.

Red velvet with the dense, way to sweet cream cheese icing. Not that fluffy stuff.

As a kid I also loved prune (spice) cake with the thin, firm caramel glaze from a regional bakery (Colonial) but I haven’t had the kind I loved in decades.

Coconut or German chocolate would be a fall back choice.

Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday, bald1!

I'm in for a lemon pound cake any time there's one around.

(Cheesecake isn't really a cake, is it?) Wink

God bless America.

Man,this is a tough one. My favorite is Tiramisu, although it can be considered a custard or a cake, depending on how it's made.

And of course, happy birthday
