175 million reasons why they did this…and “doing the right thing” isn’t one of them.

Reading the article and the ensuing comments it is clear that 1)the Sun is a leftist rag, and 2) the vast majority of people reading said rag completely agree with the decision. While it’s sad that it took the threat of withheld funding to make it happen, it’s a step in the right direction.

Now please address why our tax dollars should be spent on ANY university seeing as how they are all money grubbing profit machines. I say this as I am poised to send my second kid to WVU for tens of thousands of dollars over the next 4 years.

At publishing time, the University of Pennsylvania had generously offered to pay for the surgeries of several female swimmers whom the Great White had ruthlessly maimed during its time in collegiate swimming.
