What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I understand the police have him in custody meaning they probably have good reason to believe he did it but still.

Not really from Vienna |
He led police to where he had hidden her body, and was recorded on security camera video following her shortly before she disappeared. That seems like fairly good evidence to lots of folks. Maybe he’s going to try the insanity angle, and maybe it will work.

"but still" what? He's not an American citizen. He's a foreign criminal invader. If you want sympathy for this stinking sack of shit, you need to look elsewhere. You don't seem to be so interested in due process in this thread, and that's an American you're talking about, unlike the foreign garbage you're defending here. This nation has been overrun by this foreign criminal filth and we're all sick of it.

Well so far this turd has entered the country illegally, filed false documents and murdered a person. Lord knows what else he has done but the libs want him to have all the rights of a citizen. Lock him up and toss the key, or better yet just turn him loose in the general prison population, he likely won't last too long amongst the more "honorable" inmates. Wrong. Iowa has no "sanctuary cities" - never has had any. In fact, Iowa's Governor Kim Reynolds (R) signed a law this spring that prevents any Iowa city from becoming one. One of the key points that the Dems in the legislature brought up to fight this bill is that "we have never had any sanctuary cities, so no problems exist and we don't need the law" They lost.

Still finding my way |
How about this Labor Day Weekend a few hundred thousand of us real Americans drive our trucks down to tho boarder with some tools and 2x4's and we build the damned wall our selves? Why are we waiting for the gov to do anything? They've proved that they will continue to drag their feet while we are being invaded.

Actually, that supposed quote has been totally misattributed to Winston Churchhill. Churchill was never a liberal in his entire life.

From wikipedia:
Link Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

I stand corrected on Churchill never being a liberal, JALLEN.

It is worth noting that Churchill was part of the Conservative party prior to joining the liberal party in 1904. The liberal party of Churchill /= the modern liberal party or the US definition of liberalism (leftism/progressivism or any other sort of socialism). The same could be said of the Conservative party I imagine. Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed. Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists. Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

Although Churchill and Yogi Berra had different similarities, both are claimed to have never said many of the things that they said. Keep in mind that “liberal” meant something far different 100+ years ago than it does to the people who have appropriated it for their own use today. It wasn’t about communism then, or even socialism. There is nothing liberal whatsoever about the left today; the complete opposite is true, and that’s why I refuse to use it in referring to them. As one U.S. statesman reportedly said in the 1950-60s, “[The communists] have stolen all the good words” (democracy, freedom, etc.), and this is just one more example. ► 6.4/93.6 “It is a habit of mankind to entrust to careless hope what they long for, and to use sovereign reason to thrust aside what they do not desire.” — Thucydides; quoted by Victor Davis Hanson, The Second World Wars

I saw a news headline blurb this morning, his attorney called him "All-American" Give me a fuckin' break. Or maybe they could just claim that they blacked out and they don't remember what happened. When they came to it looked like someone had run over him with a steam roller. I'd buy that.
