About the time August turned into September, Flashguy fell in his backyard and wasn’t found for three days. He was injured and dehydrated. He’s been in the hospital until this week. He’s been moved to a long term care facility. He’s recovering and getting stronger every day.

(Posted from his bedside by an old USAF buddy for and on behalf of Flashguy.)

Oh boy... but thank God he was found in time.
Get well.
USAF buddy: Thanks for posting.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Wow, sounds like he's lucky to be alive! Notwithstanding his injuries, the hot weather in Texas has been unrelenting and unforgiving! Thoughts and Prayers sent for a complete recovery!

Sounds like he's also lucky to have an old buddy that's there for, and on behalf of him! Smile

Wow! The stuff that sometimes happens to people just going about their lives is sometimes mind-boggling.

Best wishes for a full recovery, flashguy, and thanks, flashguy's buddy, for letting us know.
