The transaction to which I'm referring was at the request of perhaps the biggest celebrity company on this web site, whom I won't name, but don't really need to. It was they that asked for the transaction to be via paypal. I could have used other means. At no time did I not have a choice, but at their request, I used paypal. I do take a certain pleasure at giving paypal the finger, when they insist on restricting firearm purchases, by using them to buy firearms. Irony.

Gosh, that almost sounds like a threat, because you really didn't need to point this out. Sorry, I don't know who you're talking about, nor do I care. It's almost as if you think that I think that since I have an extreme distaste for PayPal, every business in the world, including the "biggest celebrity company on this web site" is just gonna cease to do business with a company that allows them to get paid. That's their business, not mine. My business is the quality and substance of the content posted in this forum. If you go back and re-read my post, all I said was, in essence, keep it to yourself.

So we have everything gathered up and on the way to the PayPal legal department, now we wait to see what BS they come up with on the so called "violation fees" they pay to the US government.

I wish you good luck. I have quit using them. Bought a couple of small items recently. Told the seller I do not use them anymore and could pay via a usps mo or cashiers check. They abided. So even a tiny fish in the sea I am. If enough of us do so it will have an effect. And maybe make them think twice about doing criminal things such as this. Again, I wish you all the goodwill I can offer you in getting this resolved. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Yes, if you bank with any one of the above, there are no reasons not to use their Zelle. Instant funds, no fees, and not owned by PayPal. Payors and payees need only each others' emails (or phone numbers) for funds transfer. Q

I see that Galloway Precision has advertisements for their guiderods on ebay right now, with paypal as a payment option. Is paypal no longer the devil?

Man, you are a piece of work. What is your freaking problem? Let me ask you a question- do you own your own business?

I'm a piece of work? I didn't start and maintain a thread about what paypal was doing to my company. Galloway did that. Galloway sells to the public. To me. If I'm going to send my money to Galloway through ebay, is it going to get confiscated, and will there be trouble? Apparently the problem is resolved, because right now, this second, Galloway has ads on ebay, and is accepting paypal. Observation of fact. I don't need to own Galloway. I don't. I just pay them.

You didn't answer my question. Do you own your own business? Galloway doesn't owe you DICK in the way of an answer. Just what is it to you, the current state of the relationship between Galloway Precision and PayPal? Do you have some stake in the matter? Does it affect your life in any way whatsoever? Who are you to come in here and ask snarky questions of the man? So, yeah, you're a piece of work. You act like some explanation is owed to you. GP owes you nothing. You read this thread just like everyone else who entered it, and saw that PayPal had tied up 15,000 dollars for this business, and if you watched his video, you heard the man say that he couldn't make payroll for his small business. Then you come in here with your snarky fucking shit, so yeah, you're a real piece of work. Just who do you think you are? Go ahead- tell me why GP owes you an explanation. Tell me how this matter affects you. Meaning what? You're a customer? So, because you did business with them (and of course, no one else around here has, or anywhere else for that matter. You're their only customer) they owe you an answer as to the current state of their relationship with PayPal? This is the second time in the past few days that your responses to threads in this forum make no sense at all to me.

Galloway has a big problem with paypal. Customers pay through paypal. Galloway is accepting payment through paypal. I have no problem with it at all. I was looking at ebay, saw the ad, and was surprised that the option is there. That's all. At no point in time did I state that Galloway owed me an explanation.

This snarky fucking shit is why I'm on your ass right now. That was uncalled for. You could have phrased your question much more politely, but instead, you had to act like a smirking little shit. Answer my question. Do you own your own business?

Agreed. I only use PayPal a couple of times a year, but I just closed my account. You don't get a choice to accept PayPal on eBay until 2023. Since it makes up close to 15% of our business we aren't going to quit selling on eBay as the problem wasn't with eBay to begin with, it was with PayPal. They only opened up allowing credit outside of paying through PayPal about 3 Months ago. Is what PayPal did right? No. Should we fire someone and quit selling on eBay because of it, also no. My point in the entire video is that a large corporate entity is purposely freezing and killing 2A friendly accounts. So if you must use eBay just don't use PayPal.
