you cannot stand up Guard or Reserve medical units, because that will be taking those personnel away from the health care jobs they are already working. It's self-defeating. The Ohio Gov called up a Guard unit to run errands for food pantries, etc. , but I believe he called up an infantry unit. | |||

Ive seen actual martial law and I dont think thats something we will see on American streets (yes, I knocked wood). Even the Kali kids said they arent enforcing it. Besides if people are allowed to get food and medicine you cant enforce that stuff. | |||
