The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to take up the case last week and give an expedited ruling on the matter. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit determined last month that Trump lacked the authority to impose tariffs, but placed the decision on hold to give the administration time to appeal.

The high court returns from its summer recess on Oct. 5.

It appears to me that they knew he would be there. Standing as a group and the possession of the small flag and banner to display is just a bit too convenient. Also the coordinated chant was likely planned in advance. Like Gibbs says, "There are no coincidences."

There are a cluster of truckstops in West Memphis, in all the years I was driving I think I only fueled there once during the day and that scared the heck out of me. Always made sure I had the hours to avoid having to stop anywhere within 100 miles of Memphis.
